Bon hôtel calme, bien situé sur une place tranquille, à proximité de la Gare de Paddington, bien desservi par les transports (bus, métro), à deux pas de Hyde Park et autour, beaucoup de choix pour se restaurer . |

Les petits déjeuners corrects. J'ai réserver deux mois à l'avance une suite Junior pour 3 personnes,je voyagais avec mon épouse et un neveu agé de 15 ans.A l'arrivée on m'a proposé une chambre minuscule avec un lit rajouté jouxtant le lit principal . Après un rabais de 20 livres la nuit ,j'ai accepté une chambre plus grande avec 3 grands lits mais au sous-sol ?? (cour Anglaise!!!) |

Its location was superb, walking distant from Paddington, we were in reached hotel, within an hour all in of landing. Tube station only around the corner, everywhere in London accessible within a few minutes. I have to stay the staff at the hotel, were excellant. |

The venerable English breakfast we enjoyed every morning was very good. Probably on account of the poor sound insulation walls, the noise that occasionally came from the room next door was quite disturbing to us particularly very early in the morning. |

I stayed in a compact double room alone. The room had enough space, and had a big bed, a big bathtub. I could make myself at home. The lift was out of order when I arrived at the hotel. But, of course, the hotel staff carried my luggage up to my room. |

I liked the cleanliness of room, proximity to Paddington Train and Underground Stations, good breakfast and friendly staff. It was hard to step into the shower. |

breakfast was good. Very close to Paddington station, Edgware Road, Oxford Street and Hyde Park. One lady in the reception was very very cooperative I can’t remember her name but she's not tall and seems to be from Indian roots. Hotel room was too small, they should mention the room size as i took a club room. No employee to carry our bags to our room. They didt change the bed sheet and bed comfort ever, even that I stayed 7 nights. |

location room below ground level, room was stuffy, fan did not work, but was replaced. when we asked to change rooms we were shown a room that was extemely small compared to the original. |

I like its location near to the hyde park Small rooms and you have to carry your loguge your self plus they refuse to check out 1 hour late but I to say there are 2 men very helpful |

its close proximity to paddington station was very handy and its position on a quiet square ensured it was peaceful. the hotel was very clean with a lovely bar area. a fan was provided in our room which was excellent as it was very warm. the room was very small. |

Hotel was in a nice quiet area and was very quiet at night. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. |

The reception staff is amazingly unfriendly and unhelpful. We stayed in a guest room in the basement, we could see plenty amount of rubbish bags out side of our window.
