We got m
Location near Heathrow Express
Wi-fi quality was poor
The rooms were so luxurious, the staff super helpful going as far as to help with parking, and the breakfast amenities were fit for royalty
Friendliness and helpfulness from the front desk employees.
Difficult to find the hotel walking from Paddington station.
A perfect location if travelling to/from Paddington. It's walking distance to Hyde Park. The breakfast was plentiful and the service good.
The pipes outside the room might have kept a light sleeper awake. The lack of view in that particular room might have been disappointing for some.
Good helpful staff, very close to Paddington station, could walk with our luggage to get Heathrow Express, good breakfast
Scaffolding outside our window
Location is great.
When we checked in, not only the staff at the door did not help out to carry our luggages, but the reception lady made us feel unwelcome. She gave us rooms in the basement, we had to insist to move to upstairs room which we requested when we made the reservation.
The room was very clean. Everything was new.
The room was extremely small. The lobby needed an upgrade.
Located on a nice, quiet street friendly, helpful staff good breakfast close to Paddington Station
Comfort and quite. Very good Location
Their was a smell in the towel. Room is tight as all small hotels in London
Proximity to Paddington Price
Had to check in at reception and was then walked back half-way to Paddington and then had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with my 78 yr old mother and heavy suitcases.
The breakfast only.
All excluding breakfast.
It is very well located and well manged payment plan.
The room sound isolation was bad, adjacent room activity was very loud and quite disturbance.
Friendly, helpful staff. Location.
I requested a double bed and they gave me two singles.
Friendly efficient staff. Close to Paddington Station. Very comfortable.
Close to underground. Good breakfast includeed. Good restaurants in the area.
No wifi in the room. Cold water in the shower in the morning.
This is the seconded time we have stayed at this hotel, we love it for the location next to the park, the friendliness of all staff, and the clearness of all areas of the hotel.
Our cooked breakfast was a little on the cool side.
Great location. Rooms are clean although a bit small.
We spent 5 nights in this hotel. We emailed the hotel to request to leave our bags overnight as we are going to Edinburgh for 1 night and the reception (Lucy) has confirmed we can do that however when we checked out the other reception(black girl) did not allow us to leave our bags and she said it is up to the concierge. We were frustrated, what kind of hotel is this as we're coming back the following days anyway!! After arguing, finally the concierge (poland guy with moustache) approved. If you are in our shoes, it is really frustrating and ruin our moods. Please improve your hotel policy so it can be communicated with all of your staff. The reception (black girl) also rudely said even though I have email confirmed that I can leave my bags , it's still up to the concierge. What kind of answer is that? Why should I email the hotel in the first place, it's not something to do with us, it's the hotel problem, you need to communicate to each other doing your job. Next time you are also on holidays and you expect people to welcome you and value your words.
Proximity to Hyde park and Paddington Station.
Room was tiny - no room for bags or even to walk around the foot of the bed. Staff moved us after the first night to a larger room.
Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet delicious. Location near Paddington train and underground stations perfect for getting everywhere.
On arrival my wife and daughters were terrified by the reception staff who insisted they pay for the booking again. Even though I had payed and booked 3 months earlier in my wife's name. This was the fault of who??
Wonderful location in a quiet square. Conveniently located to Paddington station. We were grateful to the arrangement that the hotel has with its neighbor for breakfast--we had to leave earlier than the Crown was serving, but the Hotel Indigo was open.
Not much to like except the garden in front of the hotel square. Relatively good breakfast served by people sincere to serve.
Service. People not warm except the girl at the morning bfast. You don't feel confident in that hotel about being treated fairly, whether what they are telling you is true or not. Late checkin room available excuse was because of screwed up computer. No tv was because of electric short circuit. I have been to many hotels. I know the feeling when the hotel is not that good.
The last day of our stay the air conditioner was not working
