Quality Crown Hotel Hyde Park

A hotel központ helyen, metrohoz közel helyezkedik el. Kifejezetten jó és csendes, biztonságos környék, előtte rendezett park található.

Elképesztően kicsi szoba és kicsi-két személyes- ágy.Két embernak azon képtelenség volt kényelmesen aludni. A reggeli -angol reggeli- silány minőségű bár van más féle választék, a kávé szintén gyenge minőségű volt. A szobát alig lehetett szellőztetni,mivel az ablakokat csak kis mértékben lehetett felemelni.

Its location was superb, walking distant from Paddington, we were in reached hotel, within an hour all in of landing. Tube station only around the corner, everywhere in London accessible within a few minutes. I have to stay the staff at the hotel, were excellant.

The venerable English breakfast we enjoyed every morning was very good.

Probably on account of the poor sound insulation walls, the noise that occasionally came from the room next door was quite disturbing to us particularly very early in the morning.

I liked the cleanliness of room, proximity to Paddington Train and Underground Stations, good breakfast and friendly staff.

It was hard to step into the shower.

room below ground level, room was stuffy, fan did not work, but was replaced. when we asked to change rooms we were shown a room that was extemely small compared to the original.

I like its location near to the hyde park

Small rooms and you have to carry your loguge your self plus they refuse to check out 1 hour late but I to say there are 2 men very helpful

the room was not clean and very small we can not even move ,no AC which make it worse

The bar prices if it was a little cheaper we would have had our late night drink in it

We stayed with our grandson and were central enough to be able to see the sights we wanted to show him in London and still be able to be close to the underground to travel where we wanted

Clean rooms, sumptous breakfast, centrally located, great service, friendly reception.

Priced a bit on the higher side. Could offer 10-15% discounts to regular customers like us.

The reception staff is amazingly unfriendly and unhelpful. We stayed in a guest room in the basement, we could see plenty amount of rubbish bags out side of our window. The ventilation was terribly bad and the bath room smells a bit. Never stay again.

Low quality breakfast

Room was very clean and wide, but extra bed is hard to sleep. Breakfast was very good. Lift was suddenly stopped, so we were very surprised.
