La ubicazione dell'hotel è buona e la colazione varia. Lo staff gentile. La camera nella quale abbiamo alloggiato era sottoposta. lasciando da parte il gusto circa la collocazione, era oggettivamente umida e presentava soltanto un ventilatore! La mattina nel bagno risultava difficile spogliarsi per la doccia! |

la camera era piccolissima e per nulla confortevole.siamo rimasti bloccati in ascensore per ben due volte per un'ora ognuna senza ventilazione.la colazione: pessima |

ho trovato il personale gentile e disponibile; l'aspetto dell'hotel è molto gradevole e grazioso. Anche la location e' tranquilla ed abbastanza centrale e ben servita. Sicuramente per un quattro stelle, dovrebbe avere qualche comfort in piu', per esempio avrei gradito il mino frigo in camera ed una colazione continentale piu' ricca. A parte tutto cio', tutto e' andato bene. |

Vicinissimo ad Hyde Park, bella junior suite con abbastanza spazio. Colazione discreta (a pagamento). Un po' troppo rumoroso per via degli infissi vecchi ed inefficienti. Un po' freddini i consierges. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very, very small and quite clostrafobic. I think they took the word compact to the extreme!!!! |

Clean rooms, sumptous breakfast, centrally located, great service, friendly reception. Priced a bit on the higher side. Could offer 10-15% discounts to regular customers like us. |

Hotel was in a nice quiet area and was very quiet at night. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. |

It was indeed clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast, which I had booked for all 5 of us, was good too, ... ... but the manners of the service staff were odd, to put it mildly - not that they were unhelpful, rather they were somewhat crude, and that sometimes came across as rude. Also, our rooms were on the lower ground floor and that was a bit disappointing. |

Room was very clean and wide, but extra bed is hard to sleep. Breakfast was very good. Lift was suddenly stopped, so we were very surprised. |

Perfect location for our needs. On arrival, we were told that no room was available and would have to go to the sister hotel in Kensington. This was not acceptable as the location was important to us. Our insistance resulted in a room there. |
