De ligging op redelijke afstand van metrostation Paddington in eerste instantie een kamer gekregen met 2 persoonsbed en een bijgeplaatste stretcher, ipv een 1-persoonsbed. Dat kun je een gast echt niet aandoen. |

De goede ontvangst, hotelpersoneel en de netheid. Te kleine ruimte voor het ontbijt buffet, waardoor we eventjes moesten wachten voor een tafeltje. |

De locatie in de stad Londen De kamer was klein, maar vooral erg warm en zeer slecht te ventileren. Het raam zag uit op een kleine binnenplaats waardoor geen koele lucht in de kamer binnenkwam. |

ligging, dichtbij 2 metrostations! Vriendelijke mensen achter de balie, Ruime badkamer. Bij problemen wordt er snel actie ondernomen. De douche was niet heel fijn, te dicht bij de muur. |

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en voldoende . het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als ook het achterlaten van de bagage zodat je nog een hele dag in Londen kon rondwandelen. |

Its location was superb, walking distant from Paddington, we were in reached hotel, within an hour all in of landing. Tube station only around the corner, everywhere in London accessible within a few minutes. I have to stay the staff at the hotel, were excellant. |

The venerable English breakfast we enjoyed every morning was very good. Probably on account of the poor sound insulation walls, the noise that occasionally came from the room next door was quite disturbing to us particularly very early in the morning. |

I stayed in a compact double room alone. The room had enough space, and had a big bed, a big bathtub. I could make myself at home. The lift was out of order when I arrived at the hotel. But, of course, the hotel staff carried my luggage up to my room. |

I liked the cleanliness of room, proximity to Paddington Train and Underground Stations, good breakfast and friendly staff. It was hard to step into the shower. |

breakfast was good. Very close to Paddington station, Edgware Road, Oxford Street and Hyde Park. One lady in the reception was very very cooperative I can’t remember her name but she's not tall and seems to be from Indian roots. Hotel room was too small, they should mention the room size as i took a club room. No employee to carry our bags to our room. They didt change the bed sheet and bed comfort ever, even that I stayed 7 nights. |

location room below ground level, room was stuffy, fan did not work, but was replaced. when we asked to change rooms we were shown a room that was extemely small compared to the original. |

I like its location near to the hyde park Small rooms and you have to carry your loguge your self plus they refuse to check out 1 hour late but I to say there are 2 men very helpful |

its close proximity to paddington station was very handy and its position on a quiet square ensured it was peaceful. the hotel was very clean with a lovely bar area. a fan was provided in our room which was excellent as it was very warm. the room was very small. |

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was very, very small and quite clostrafobic. I think they took the word compact to the extreme!!!! |

Hotel was in a nice quiet area and was very quiet at night. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. |
