Quality Hotel Plymouth

Die stadtnahe Lage des Hotels mit dieser grandiosen Aussicht hat uns den Aufenthalt unvergesslich werden lassen.

Wir verstehen nicht, dass man auch in niedrigem Preisniveau nicht etwas mehr machen kann alls nur das Allernötigste in Bezug auf Restaurant, Baar, Umgebung.

Friendly staff, the location to city centre and the view from the hotel was astounding.

Although rooms were spotless there was a run down feel to the furniture, but it was adequate.

The view!!!! absolutely amazing. And the fact that car park is free. would stay again

The place needs a lick of paint but the position makes up for it!

having read the reviews after i booked i did panic and wasn't allowed to cancel however we found the rooms clean and comfortable with stunning views across the hoe. breakfast was ok, freshly cooked and plenty of it but not the highest quality although i feel that is reflected in the price we paid.we chose the location of the hotel as we were going to a concert at the pavillions and it was perfect, just a 5 minute walk away. also very well positioned for a shopping trip into the city centre the next day and we were allowed to leave the car in the car park all day on the day we checked out

the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but they were both smokers rooms and the boys room smelt very strongly of stale smoke

it was a good view close to town easy to find the food was good and plenty of it

the breckfirst was only warm and not hot

Troubled sleep as extremely windy weather and noise of wind through windows.

ths hotel is great position,it does look dated but that does not matter its inside what counts! stafff were helpful,rooms were clean n tidy and the breakfast was enough and the view were great!

The view from the room was great looking out to the sea. The location was good for the city centre and the parking was easy.

We were on the 8th floor and the window seals were in need of replacement with water leaking through and could hear the wind whistling through the night.The room was in need of refurbishment and a couple of coats of paint. The self serve breakfast was not very good and when i was getting my breakfast on the last morning a fresh dish of scrambled eggs came out and it was cold. it did appear that the food had been cooked well in advance.. also when we arrived we were informed that the Restaraunt was closed on the Saturday night due to a wedding being on. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to attending as my intentions were to eat in on this night rather than having to go out in the rain to get food.

the hotel room was spottlessly clean and the hotel staff were polite and pleasant. the location was very good and the deal that we got was good value thank you very much.for a good stay. Although the room furniture was a little 'dated,well used' this did not matter because the rooms were clean and actually we did not pay 4/5 star rates.
