The view from the room the hotel is in serious need of refurbishment and the external is suffering from serious structural problems with concrete cladding spoiling off requiring the erection of crash decks to protect the public from the risk of falling masonary |

pleasant, very helpful staff, great views,very comfortable. The bar closed too early. The cooked breakfast was ample, nicely laid out, relaxed but no taste to the food, cheap ingredients wouldnt eat it twice but there was plenty of other choices. |

Excellent position with seaviews and main attractions within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Eyesore that should never have got planning permission and in need of a re-fit as in poor condition. |

Very convenient to visit our family and wonderfull views Obviously it is very tired both in and out. But this is our 6th visit and is our prefered hotel in Plymmouth. |

For what we paid it was worth it for the view alone, stunning views from room right across Plymouth Sound. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Please do something about the banging doors. The door of our room and all the others slammed shut if you didn't stop it. Like a 21 gun salute in the mornings!! |

The location for us was essential as it was close to those we were visiting. The views from the room were great. The television reception and picture quality was poor. We rather expected fresh coffee at breakfast. The price was more than we will pay again. |

easy access to seafront and city centre saturday night noisy guest put radio on loud between 12am and 3am sing a top of her voice out of tune wouln't answer door or turn radio down didn't get much sleep |

The view from the room. Free carparking. Poor breakfast arrangements. No bread available! Toasters useless. Slow supply of buffet food. Rooms in need of facelift.No swmming pool. |

The position of the Hotel and the fact that the view overlooking the sea/harbour, etc., was a bonus. The map sent with e-mail confirmation was not the easiest to follow although we had stayed in Plymouth before. Fortunately the taxi driver knew the original name of the Hotel and found it. Had stsyed at a Comfort Hotel in Paris and was pleased to find this was also in the chain upon booking. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. The girl at Reception gave me a form to complete to join the Newsletter Club. Did not see guest reviews..... |

location hotel in bad state of repair verging on dangerous with noticable signs of concrete that had fallen of the outside of the hotel and scaffolding on the outside. Bar and restaurant very poor |

Views at breakfast were good. Building is beyond its design life as can be seen from the external scaffolding catching/deflecting spalling facade. When first came to reception staff were abrupt & smelt of stale cigarettes. Otherwise comfortable stay. |

The service was rather poor. The staff could not provide enough imformation about hotel in right way and the customers have to ask. And the facilities got problem even they could not sort it out in time. Further more, they could not explain in right way when the problem happened between them and customers, |
