not a lot Breakfast particularly was absolutely awfull, would not have fed it to my dog. Had a large coach party in and could not cope. Service was pretty poor, would not stay there again or recommend it. stayed their previously a few years ago and it was excellent but service and food had really gone down hill. |

Very impressed with the courtesy shown by all members of staff, especially the night porter who brought our continental breakfast to our room. |

It was convenient for us. The staff were helpful and easy to talk to. Food was good, but the bar menu choice had too many dishes with chips, no fresh veg. The maintenance of our rooms leaves a lot to be desired! |

Reception as good and our room was available early. Breakfast although the hotel was busy with a large wedding party was good. Had booked three rooms and in view of this perhaps we could have been situated better, we were ground floor to be woken by the singing member of staff putting out the rubbish. |

The leisure facilities were not available due to a problem with NO hot water. So close to a very busy A1 trunk road. |

We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet which surprised us considering its location. It is an ideal stop-off point to your journey. I would have liked tea/coffee in room. |
