clean hotel with nice friendly staff
quite basic but nice inexspensive restaurant on site. Child in next door room screamed all night so poor sleep but that is not the hotels fault
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hotel is well connected to public transport
Had serious trouble with the internet connection and could not access my emails and business server
Good, clean basic facilities.
Room temperature is not easy to control. The default is too hot, but I find the same with most hotel rooms.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.
I had to pay to get access to the wifi system (day pass) and the walls were wafer thin I could hear every word of the guests next door.
The reception staff were very polite the hotel room was very comfatable along with a very good bath room. The breakfast was hot and very we'll presented . We will go back for another stay.
staff approach to guests
No lift. Very slow restaurant service. Tasteless vegetable lasagne.
Friendly staff very helpful organising transport to town. Good parking facilities. Buffet breakfast was pretty good for a freebie. Overall great value.
Noisy neighbours shouting on their late night return to the hotel. Staff on duty did not address the problem and ask them to be quiet, everyone was woken up.
Location for Warwick and Leamington is excellent.
They say they're undergoing refurbishment and it shows. The corridor door slammed continuously most of the night (not fitted with a retarder to make it close slowly). Also, lots of noise from what I assumed was the heating system until gone midnight then started again early morning so not a good night's sleep.
Upon arrival the check in staff could not find our booking and so for the first ten minutes we were vey worried something had gone wrong. They eventually found it but were not at all apologetic.
Staff were rude Venue was dirty and room was not ready upon arrival due to a large party the night before. Room was dirty, smelt heavily of smoke, curtains were hanging off, grease on the furniture The general state of the hotel was run down and dirty Not worth the money we paid for an executive room.
Room did not smell very clean breakfast was cold not very happy would not stay there again
The room was cramped, the fittings were falling off or missing, electrical items with out of date inspection labels, the bathroom was a disgrace, taps that came off in your hand, toilet seat falling apart, no plug for the bath. The restaurants' food selection was pitiful, Indian or Italian only. The breakfast was inedible, apart from the cereal. Outside the standard of the building was tatty, plaster falling off walls, lighting in poor condition. The dask staff grunted when I lodged my complaints & the manager has made no attempt to contact me since.
Bedroom and bathrooms clean well equipped and stylish
Room too hot , no Air conditioning. Very noisy drunken guests between 2am and 4am on the Saturday night/Sunday morning. Staff did nothing to shut them up or move them on.
clean sheets, hot water, speedy check in and assisted with wifi login
Room over car park, noisy until 2.15 am as well as road noise all night, worst nights sleep in months
Indian Restaurant.. very good food and good service
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Our room was right next to an exit pathway where residents stood talking a bit too near pathway
Only Kellogs products at breakfast !!
- near A46 easy to find - good reasonably priced Indian or Italian food. - clean comfortable room
- a little maintenance needed, tap was loose, so was toilet seat - a little soulless - large party of tourists at breakfast, so quueing.
The room was fine. Bathroom was clean, shower great and plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Ideal for Stoneleigh.
Breakfast needed to be hotter. Sausages and bacon were not the best quality - sausage was watery, bacon was tough. Toaster only worked on one side and needed to be put through twice.
Room was good. Bar and good facilities were good.
Had to ask for a TV remote
Location was ideal for business needs. clean and spacious. excellent food.
as a lone woman felt ground floor windows being open due to warm weather was a bit of a risk
Price Clean rooms Good sized bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower) Friendly staff Good breakfast Good location for the midlands/Warwick
Food in Restaurant - Indian cuisine chosen. Attentive member of staff - cannot fault
Room location .. ground floor - a number of people on many occasions standing outside room window smoking a talking very loudly. Only stayed in bar area for only a few minutes .. bar area occupied by 4/5 foul mouthed individuals . Stagg made no attempt to ask them to tone down their language. Room ... a number of bathroom fittings hanging loose from wall. TV hung from a very rough piece of timber! Very thin bedroom walls ... I had to endure the TV from the next door room . I could hear it above an above my own TV ! On Check out ,... nothing from reception asking about my stay ! very little in the way of conversation just wanted payment ...
