Staff were very helpful and friendly
Our room was right next to an exit pathway where residents stood talking a bit too near pathway
Only Kellogs products at breakfast !!
The room was fine. Bathroom was clean, shower great and plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Ideal for Stoneleigh.
Breakfast needed to be hotter. Sausages and bacon were not the best quality - sausage was watery, bacon was tough. Toaster only worked on one side and needed to be put through twice.
Room was good. Bar and good facilities were good.
Had to ask for a TV remote
Location was ideal for business needs. clean and spacious. excellent food.
as a lone woman felt ground floor windows being open due to warm weather was a bit of a risk
Price Clean rooms Good sized bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower) Friendly staff Good breakfast Good location for the midlands/Warwick
Location was good for meeting up with friends
In a room which had a dividing door which I take it could be used for families but felt as if they were in our room; no privacy at all!
The location was convienient for travelling. Shower was powerful.
The cleanliness - my bed had a green sticky stain on it. Towels had a brown marking on one of the face towels. Lots of dust in the shower extractor fan, which was directly above you when showering. I could feel the bed springs underneath and it was squeaky. Breakfast was 4/10 - the sausages tasted like they had 12% meat and I have no idea what was in the other part. - bacon was ok though. Overall - I paid £75 for 1 night - and I don't think it was worth more than £40 per night (that is being generous) Kind regards,
Staff were on he whole friendly apart from breakfast team who seemed less awake than I was
Hotel fairly clean although a need of refurbishment and updating paintwork in both bedrooms and communal areas in shabby conditions
Cleanliness and decor toeher with ample free parking and Wi-Fi. The Indian meal was also very good.
Not all the menu was available.
Staff very helpful and polite. Public areas very clean. Absolute winner, - free wifi
Dark decor , which is a matter of taste but in small bedrooms seemed oppressive. Poor quality of finish to all furnishing and fittings, ie chipped paintwork on skirtings and door frames, very poor mastic joints on bathroom fittings. Worst of all is the allowance of smoking near the main front entrance !
Staff were very kind and helpful, breakfast was OK
Bathroom needs a complete refit, the shower leaked everywhere Sheets were very worn and torn in places, bed was OK but the room was quite small and pretty outdated
Good breakfast, lovely grounds
Receptionist unhelpful on arrival, directed us to the resident`s bar which was closed, hotel functional but lacked atmosphere. No air conditioning in our room therefore our bedroom window was open, member of staff knocked on our door at 10.45 saying our tv was too loud, we were watching the world cup!
Ironing board with iron in the room. Spacious free parking. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast fair.
Hotel very difficult to find according to website's directions. No lift, so a challenge to carry a heavy suitcase up/down stairs. Room very warm and Ventilation minimal as windows could only be opened a snitch.
Great location for a road trip. Breakfast was fine. Dinner affordable.
Friday night function was very noisy.
Very reasonable price, comfy room, and good food.
Noise and smell with window open during heatwave.
Wedding party on, people drinking out front well into the early hours of the morning, followed by noise in corridors until past dawn. No air-con, rooms unbearable and the whole hotel lacks investment.
Very noisy party of youths using facility and rooms for party staff spent till 3am trying to evict no sleep !
Staff were attentive and waiting staff kept tables clear and clean. We were moved to room 101 as soon as we arrived as there was a late night function due in the ballroom. A fan was provided - a blessing in the very hot weather.Breakfast was good.
Room 101 was rather small with only one chair. The curtains were hanging in loops as there were hardly any hooks and runners. Some parts of the room were smart and new-looking but the bath was chipped and the room needed a lick of paint.
There was no air con in room and was to hot to sleep
Door to room stiff, sound proofing to adjoining room poor
Brilliant country location
minimal facilities - could do with a gym or something other than just a bar.
Decor a bit dated
