The location and the cost were the reason we stayed here. Our christmas party as a mile away and a friend and I decided to stay so we could enjoy the whole party.. If it hadn't have been for the above, we wouldn't have stayed here. The hotel didn't have a lift so I was glad I only had a small overnight case to carry up the stairs and it felt like it was in need of maintenance (loose bannister rail was one of the issues, and a tempramental shower that couldn't decide if it wanted to be scalding hot or ice cold was another). The staff were ok but having stayed in a lot of UK chain hotels, I would say this was only slightly better than a stay I had (with the same friend) in a very run-downTravelodge! I expected more to be honest. |

decent value and convenient location when we went to check in we did not have a reservation at the hotel-another person was also in a similar position.we were told that they had no spare rooms despite making the reservation through yourselfs 3 months earlier--we obviously were stressed about this position.the hotel manager eventually found a double room not a twin which as i was with a male was not very good |

The hotel is convenient for my business needs and is close to some popular tourist attractions. The hotel is tired, featurless and bleak. The dining facilities are more like a works canteen than a restaurant. My room 103 was close to a store room with no door packed with junk. |

staff friendly, if a little thin on the ground, and location was ideal for what we needed. Odd dinner setup, having to get drinks from the bar rather than served at the table. The room was a little cramped between the bed and the desk/dresser, and the area the room was in felt like a unused wing even though most rooms were occupied. Decor seemed a little tired, though there was evidence of ongoing redecoration in other parts of the hotel. |

The hotel was clean and modern the room was small but adequate for our requirements the furniture was far too large in the room we were glad that we are not big people as you could hardly move around the bed.The service at breakfast was a shambles only one staff on and everything ran out as he could not cope.I mentioned this at check out and the receptionist agreed not great overall which was a shame as this hotel could be ok. |

Comfortable room, clean and tidy. Good evening meal and breakfast. There was a noisy party next to the restaraunt, so loud we could not hear ourselves above the music. Also at checkout we were charged for 5 meals and extra drinks we did not have. (after some time it was resolved) Also there seemed to very little staff. |

The location was excellent and easy to find as was the parking. The staff were helpful. The discounted rate was attractive. We pre-booked a double room. We were sent to the second floor to a single room, came back down and were re-allocated a 3/4 double room which was occupied. We were asked to wait for 1/2 hour for a twin room to be prepared. There were hairs on the bathroom floor. The TV didn't work. The beds were hard. The breakfast eggs were congelled. |

Public rooms are well appointed in an Indian style . Hotel is conveniently situated to visit a number of historic towns , but a little difficult to find. Rooms are functional. Good value for a short stay. Rooms are functional , but too small for the furniture in them and a little 'tired' in certain places. We weren't told that the restaurant wasn't open until we arrived, but receptionist did offer to order a takeaway or book a taxi. |

Me and my partner stayed 31st 1st aug, and were very dissapointed, with the service received on arrival, after travelling for 4 hours from sunderland, the service was discusting, after asking staff if bar was open, 5times we still couldent get a dring and had to get a taxi in to leamington, even on the saturday night at 8pm the residents bar was still not open, which being out in country was not very good, we stay all over the country, quite a few time a year, especially as it was a pressent to my partner, to do ferrari experience, this was the worst experience, we,ve had, the room was ok but didnt even have shower gel, and no sky tv. We has four basic channels on tv. All in all we are very dissapointed with the service rec, |
