Comfortable, convenient for us, economical

Hairdryer in my granddaughter's room fell apart and gave her an electric shock.

Noise. Breakfast. Building work.

Very stylish and modern, friendly staff. Good size room and great value for money.

There was builders outside my window, which meant we had to keep the curtains drawn and also they were very noisey in the morning!

Breakfast - good variety and all food hot although dining room had no character.

Cleanliness of room. Bathroom smelled of drains and door would not shut. Restaurant and bar area uninviting.

The value for money was great although expected a bigger room. Restaurant was excellent

Room and bathroom where very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and also clean.

Shower within the bath didn't have enough room. Shower curtain and narrow bath was not good. The outside grounds could not be accessed because of ongoing work being carried out.

I stay at this hotel about once a month, the choice in the restaurant has improved plus you can now get bar meals at a reasonable price.

The window in room 104 as not been fitted correctly, it was windy the evening I stayed there so there was excessive creaking coming from the centre section of the window which disturbed my sleep.

Room smelt of paint and banging next door as the room got refurbed. Banging started at 8.00am on a Sunday.

Location, comfort and onsite restaurant

Convenient location for Leamington Spa. Why do you call it Warwick? not Kenilworth or Leamington.

To much tonic in my gin and tonic.

Inexpensive and not too far from Warwick, Stratford.

Cheaply built with creaky floors, thin walls and banging doors. Being refurbished and needs it.

Good access for warwick castle and stratford. Good value for one night. Bar staff friendly. Would not stay for more than one night though...

Carpet was disgusting..all a bit sterile...fairly empty and had to look for staff or wait for things. Outlook on river spoilt by rubble and unfinished gardens.

Great location, close to Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth with ample parking. Public areas were all very nicely decorated. Good selection for breakfast.

If I had to pick something it would be the room decor, a little bit tired and dreary. The room was clean and tidy and bed was comfy so great value for money all in all.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was superb!

I don't like shower curtains, I would much rather have a shower screen. They are also easier to keep clean.

Not a lot

Everything When we arrived they wanted a large deposit because we paid cash. The food was uneatable. Also we had to complain at 2.30am because of the noise.

Shower didn't work one day and had to be fixed.

I thought that the staff really cared about their customers here - you could sense that they all worked as a team to make the stay very pleasant. Special thanks go out to Gagan and Sofia in the bar who could have made a pretty boring night in turn into a very fun evening having chats and good food!

Very friendly staff, clean accommodation, good parking.

Downstairs room, not too much ventilation during the night, windows only open small way, security issue with open windows on ground floor.

The staff at reception, and in the bar/restaurant, were very friendly and very willing to help. We accidentally broke a glass of wine and this was replaced at no charge. We also asked for an item of the room service menu when in the restaurant and this was not a problem.

Was disappointed the restaurant menu was limited on Sunday night, but did understand that this was a result of the reduced lower number of residents on a Sunday.

The cold water tap in the shower did not function. terrible i nearl scourch myself. Thanks God i tested the sh0ower before i jumped in the bath. I reported to the staff. Room 112
