Score from 2045 reviews Very good
Location excellent for city centre accommodation good value comfortable rooms and great breakfast to start day.
The exterior of the hotel needs to be freshened up lets it down as inside much nicer
Quiet, friendly, functional, clean.
Old construction, old looking, old feel, not very maintained.
Interior of the room was better than the hotel exterior and the lobby
Too expensive for the facilities
The place is falling apart. This seems to be a policy with Quality Hotels.
great location for Wembley Stadium and as there were 3 of us it was good to have the option of a three bedded room which was spacious enough for all of us. decent sized beds too.
The beer was excellent. The staff were very helpful
The shower was really bad no pressure and sprayed everywhere but on you. The bar could of stayed open longer on the Fri night.
Location - easy access to Wembley park station (jubilee line): 10mn walk and 10mn walk to Wembley designer outlet
Rude staff, very loud noise in our first room, changed room but it stank of smoke... too expensive for what it was (very ugly building). Wifi only works in the hall but couldn't get it work on my iphone so just gave up.
The location near Wembley Stadium and the free car parking.
The bathroom was a bit old fashioned and there were no toiletries available.
Nadine, one of the assistant managers was very understanding of the issues (e.g. only hot water in shower!! and lack of Wifi in the room). She tried to find us alternative room. In general, the staff was very helpful.
The hotel needs a lot of renovation and maintenance (e.g. problem with the elevator doors, leak in the lobby during heavy rain, lack of adequate A/C, inability to regulate water temperature, etc). The overall cleanliness could also be improved.
The staff were very friendly.
The internet doesn't work. There is not fridge on the room.
Location - we had a meeting at Wembley stadium
room wasn't cleaned in some areas could not get onto wifi in my room lobby area closes at 11pm so no where to sit outside the bar
close to Wembley, comfy bed, new windows being added which is a much needed improvement
looked a bit scruffy outside but had lots of building work going on
The hotel was situated really close to wembley, ideal for a concert only 5 minutes walk The hotel also had free parking if you were staying there
The hotel exterior is shabby, the lobby is a step up but sadly it does not continue, the lifts don't stop at the right place and sometimes the doors don't close properly, the hotel room I found was very dirty even the walls, there was writing on the windows and to make our overpriced stay even better they had a fire alarm at 8:10 the next morning without any prior warning Overall I would not stay at this hotel again
The outside of the hitel looks very scruffy and I was disapointed when I pulled up
Overall stay was confident
exterior of the hotel was poorly presented... inside was in stark contrast and was a good standard.
It was around the corner from wembley stadium and easy access into london
Comfy and clean ideal for Wembley stadium/areana
Dated needs a refurb , but that's not a criticism it's like anything it ages
Quietness and peaceful environment. Location is very good. room/bath room spacious and clean bus/ tube Rly station walking dist . the hotel is a few yard away from wimbley stadium . at wimbley central lot of indian veg /non veg restaurant /stores available.
We reached hotel before check in time 2.00PM. wanted to keep the baggages and go for our tour program. Receptionist informed that the baggage room was full and can not keep . We had to request the supervisor to keep the baggage at reception area . they finally agreed. Hotel should understand that the tourists coming from foreign countries can not afford to waste their time at the reception area and wait for the check in time of 2 PM.Most of the flights land early mornings.other than this we had no issues
It's near to station
Indian lady in the Reception not nice with customer
Location: excellent when you head for the Wembley Station, Outlet Shopping Center in a few minutes walk away, room spacy and comfortable
WiFi - only free for 15 minutes Breakfast not included
Location good to underground
Wifi in room didn't work and basic accommodation
Attitude of staff
The drive out
Quality Hotel, Wembley, London or Qualityless hotel? I emailed this hotel to check that they had air conditioning for a hot July weekend and that this was capable of chilling the room to 19°C. I received confirmation from the staff that this was so. On this basis I booked a two night break for me and my wife. During our stay it was obvious we had been deceived. First we were moved rooms. We gave it an hour for the airconditioning to kick in but it failed. Fine we thought a second room, but then although chilling the air, the output was so puny that the temperature did not drop sufficiently. The handyman couldn't fix it and said all the rooms, even the more expensive suites were like this. The first night we endured the torture of the noise of the air conditioning unit and so were not able to sleep. The next morning the shower has little power and the old CRT TV boasts a healthy snowy picture. The next day my wife and I checked out a day early because we could not endure a second night of torture. On complaining, the hotel manager laughably stated that the units don't work when its ‘very warm’!!! and has refused a refund of our payment. My wife and I believe we have been mislead and deceived. Had we known about the torture we would endure, we would have booked elsewhere. The manager has refused to deal with our grievance in a customer focussed way offering a paulty 10% refund on the bill- not even enough to cover the cost we paid for just one nights accommodation. Readers must make up their own mind on exactly what Quality the so called Quality hotel is aiming at. But my experience has been that they would need to reach up to reach low quality. BE WARNED.
