Lack of room service was told it would be better if I went to the bar myself for a bottle of wine they had limited menu's on for the week- end due to fa cup ,not appetizing at all

We had a room overlooking the road and there were metal windows which the window didn't close properly, the weather was nice during our stay but cold I would imagine on a cold night

Additional cost for leaving car in car park after 11am. Advertised as free parking?

Hotel was very good and ideal for wembly stadium which was the purpose of my visit. Reception was excellent as he managed to check us in earlier than stated, would not class bar as sports bar as only had one tv but still fair overall not bad and would stay again.

The only thing wrong with the hotel was breakfast. £11 per per person for what was described as full English, sausages tasted cheap, bacon was cheap stuff and had lots of water in it, scrambled egg had no flavour and mushrooms watery, on the plus side toast was ok still I know for next time.

The food was good and the staff mostly were friendly and helpful - they would do better working else where... This hotel is not worthy of them.

Cold shower, blocked sink. The fire-doors on the 6th floor were kept open by fire-extinguishers by the cleaners (around 4 in all) which I removed to shut the doors. Apparently, they contract out their room servicing and cleaning and has happened before... It doesn't excuse this dangerous practice. I made mention of the shower and sink and was asked if I'd complained about it... Seemed ironic as I was only there for an overnight stop. How would I have known about this, as this was the first time I'd used all the bathroom facilities? I had about an hour for 'ablutions',breakfast and checkout !!!

VERY BASIC. and expensive considering facilities. Hotel could do with a refurbishment.

Helpful staff when needed late at night

Staff were very welcoming. Large bedrooms.Comfy bed. Free car park. Clsoe to the tube station -25 mins in to London

Hairdryer in the room didn't work and the staff took a long time to find us a replacement. Air conditioning units were below the bedroom and the noise disturbed our sleep.

Too much cold water was wasted before we could get to the warm water for our showers/baths. Internet access not available for comfortable use in every room on every floor,

The panic enducing mirrored lift, the view of the flat roof, the disgustingly filthy windows the temp control on the shower and the flashing light in the bathroom. To be honest it is an awful hotel.

was staying for f.a. cup semi final catered for both set of fans staff very good and understanding to atmosphere after game and joined in with the banter

The location was excellent and the rooms were of a good size

It got very hot in the room though we noticed afterwards there is a huge air conditioning unit in the room

Ideal situation, excellent queen beds in a twin room, provided room service on a very busy night. Very clean bedding

Large large crack full length of the window ( room 605). Large broken floor board at the foot of the bed by the window ( actually thoguht you would go down through the floor if you stood on it). Large old fashioned TV

Very helpful when my tv did not have a good reception - came immediately and changed aerial Very helpful when I could not get hot water to work on shower - it took a couple of blokes to work it out - but we got there in the end - just put up a notice telling hotel residents how to use shower and it would save time It was extremely quiet despite FA semi final taking place They were helpful re my parking in there car park after I had booked out - for a small fee £5 cheaper than next doors car park Would have been nice to have some buscuits with tea and coffee but more than helpful in giving me more milk All staff spoken to we're friendly and helpful Absolutely convenient for wembley stadium

ideal location for Wembley stadium/arena.

Liked the location nd the very friendly staff. The room was very warm and comfortable. Bus facilities were just outside.

could not get the shower to work properly. Found the breakfast very expensive and not very warm.

Draughts from old windows that didn't close properly & room above heating system which was noisy

Ideal location for attending football match at Wembley stadium. Easy to get to on the underground. Staff very helpful.

No real issues to comment on.
