Freindly reception staff and free car park Floor 3 corridor smelt Very damp as did the room we were in. When we went to fill the kettle for morning coffe, someone had been cooking in it and it had rotten food in which smelt disgusting. If the room had been checked properly this would have been noticed.

The location adjacent to Wembley arena was perfect We ordered food in the hotel restaurant for the three of us, and generally it was fine. However, a chicken burger meal for my son was poor. To avoid his embarressment I did not complain at the time of the meal, but mentioned it as a comment when booking out in the morning. The management appologised and not only refunded the cost of the meal but also offered a complimentary breakfast, which was an excellent piece of customer care. Things do go wrong even in the best hotels, and in this instance it was really nice to see our comments taken notice of and action taken to remedy the situation. We paid £60 for a triple family room which was exceptional value, huge and functional, and perfect for a one night stay near to Wembley.

The room was big and comfortable with everything you need. There is big building work going on, and they start at 7.00 a.m. And they were very desinterested when we complained about the noise. We recomend this hotel, but make sure that you get a room at the front on the left.

Staff were very plesant and helpful, we had our grandson with us and he liked the way the staff treated him and spoke to him unlike a lot of hotels we have stopped at in london. We will be returning the location is good for the tube and the food is good thank you to all the staff. One gripe our room had two craked windows and they were dirty in and out.

The hotel was in a great location and the bar staff were very friendly. The common areas and rooms were well below par. The windows were rotten, the carpets threadbare and the shower barely worked. This is a 2 star at best. The hotel does live up to their name "Quality"

Perfect location near the Arena and the Stadium. Very kind and helpfull staff. Nice big room. Maybe it would be a good idea to add some vending machines, would have been very welcome when we came back from the concert at the Arena.

Large room, two double beds, warm and comfortable. VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION. No complaints as such, but felt the hotel is looking very tired and could do with an update. Found the lighting in the bathroom not sufficient, but could be down to the overhead mirror light not working.

price and location Having stayed at the quality hotel earlier in the year, i had no reservations about staying again. Big mistake. I was allocated a room on the first floor, directly above a function room. Unfortunatly for me there was a xmas party function on, the music was so loud that at midnight i went to reception to enquire when it was likely to stop. it didnt stop till 4am but i was fortunate to be offered a room on the 8th floor. I feel that if there are functions on at the hotel, guests shouldn't be given rooms on the first floor.
