Unique to be able to see the Stadium through the room. Free large parking. Very close (5 min) to subway stop and then calculate approximately 90 seconds for each stop until your destination. Area a little degraded (no problem until 11 pm after there is no traffic in the Neighborhood).

Small room, no Soundproofing, locked closets

The hotel is a good place and the price is relatively low compared to the room and facilities. And the location is very near to the subway station and bus station. I had a conference in ExCel London, so it is really very convenient to me. For travelling, it is also a good living place because it is near to H lines.

It is really hard for me to get a formal receipt. Though finally I get one, the staff says there is nothing she could do at first, which let me extremely angry. It seems that if I want to get a receipt, which obsviously is my right, I should say a lot of both good word and angry word, and even beg the staff. This really lower my appraise for London! Next time when I pay anything to UK shop/hotel. I will ask if they could give a receipt. I think the action that do not a receipt is out of law. Maybe it is a normal thing in London. Well I am not sure. So if you afford the expense yourselves, the hotel is a good place. But if some organizations could cover your expense and need the receipt, it is not a good place to live in my opinion, or you should ask for the receipt at once you prepay the money, not wait for when you leave, which is mostly what we do.

Excellent location if you need to get to and from the O2 Arena. Very quick journey on the Underground. Pitch view rooms are a fantastic novelty feature.

Booked as a surprise for son and husband that support West Ham Utd as rooms over the pitch. Staff at hotel exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Ideal location for O2 Arena, with free secure parking.

The view of the pitch was one of the highlights. The room is of a decent size, clean and tidy. Air condition for optional temperature. Everything you need in a hotel. Location is close to Upton Park station, 5min walk away.

Not so much I didn't like, more about staff members being more friendly and helpful. They are fair, but could be improved. My door card somehow didn't work the first time so I had to walk up and down the building a couple of times...

The beer

Amazing place if you are interested in football. View on to the pitch from room. I awoke to a match and music "I am forever blowing bubbles". Exceptional reception staff. Courteous efficient and genuinely freindly. c5 mins from Upton Park Underground. Turn right at exit of UG and straight walk to hotel. This is an exceptional place to visit if you are a fan.

Sadly I am disinterested in football. Did not have time to eat there.

Relatively near to o2 and good on a budget

Receptionist was taking a personal call when we were trying to check in and it felt like we were putting her out. We then made the mistake of asking for advice on local area--she was of no help and again seemed to want to get back to doing something else

Location great as we were flying from City airport early the followi fb day. Loved the room and the fact that it is used as an exec box for matches and had a great view of the pitch. A competition on too but would have been even better if we could get out onto the box.

Food menu very basic and not well cooked. I ordered deep fried Brie but no Brie left Inside the breadcrumbs as overcooked!! All in all though great value for money.

Staff were very helpful especially the Reception Team

It's was close to the O2 arena, staff were very professional and friendly and the view of the pitch. Would definately go again!!!!

Not every room had a window that opened

In an area convenient to London City Airport. It is easily accessible. Built up area so if you are driving in busy periods, provide extra time to arrive. Good last minute location shopping

Reception always takes too long to answer the phone. Be prepared to wait

The view on the pitch from the room was extreme, even saw a practice match! The whole place is quite modern, stylish. Breakfast was nice too. Good parking. Subway station is very close.

The staff were excellent and provided a very good service.

It was freezing cold in the bar - Match day players lounge.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner in bar very good value for money especially in the London area. Big car park.

Could do with being given access to the fridge and a bit better wardrobe facilities.

Breakfast at £10 was absolutely outstanding. Excellent food and service. A great place to eat before a grueling day in the capital. Great choice for any Hammers fans who, like me, are looking for somewhere reasonably priced to stay whilst in London.
