Clean, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The walk from underground station (at night) was not a comfortable experience.

Layout and cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. Was told breakfast was until 9.30, but upon arriving at 9.15 we were told it finished 15 minutes earlier- there seemed to be some confusion among different members of staff about times for breakfast- I expect we weren't the only guests that have experienced this.

The staff were excellent. It had secure parking, Rooms clean and tidy , It genuinely surprised me and I will definately use their facilities again when i'm in London ! The lack of any wardrobe space was a bit of a pain, as was the tv channels not having titles on them , so you had to basically guess what you were watching for a while !! Apart from that , it was fine.

Good location close to tube station, parking available free and secure. Interesting to sleep at a football stadium. Good use of facilities by West Ham United converting corporate boxes to bedrooms. Balcony not able to be opened due to it being onto the football stadium.

Great value given the proximity to Central London. Unique hotel in that the rooms have views of the pitch which would appeal to football fans. Short walk to the tube station.

It was nice with helpful staff .. the view on soccer field was nice, has to be great on play days .. Wifi is paid (daily or weekly - £12,5) and with the most complicated setup imaginable .. no fridge/bar in the room, or maybe there was, but was locked ..

The location of this hotel was perfect for my trip The hotel is used for other functions and so during my second night in the hotel my room was opposite a function hall being used for a Hugh party with very loud music and children running up and down the long corridors

Great fun. Rooms wiht pitch view, I'm a liverpool fan but appreciated the welcome and the passion of the place, if you've sons or daughters interested in fotball great place to fo. Staff were very friendly, nice bar and restaurant serving simple food and good breakfasts. Rooms were modern and well equipped and represented real value for London. Upton park tube is a short walk and links easily to stratford for the shopping and olympic stadium and to Canary Wharf. Would definitely stay again when in London. Not a West Ham fan, but loved their passion, great to be in the Eastend!

Service was excellent; everybody was extremely helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble, a fact observed in the way I was treated plus others both in reception and in the bar/restaurant. Well done! The only thing that was a let down was the water pressure in the shower - I had to run around to get wet!!! Apart from that, facilites were very good for the price I paid and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed here to be near to the East End of London and also a place with car parking - great position, we walked out of the hotel, along the road and took the tube into central London with ease. We also drove from the hotel to the new Westfield shopping centre at Stratford (about 4 miles away), again with ease. For anyone who loves football this is a most amazing place to stay - the staff were all very friendly, the room was great (overlooking the pitch) and the breakfast was very good too, again served by very friendly staff.

The staff (especially Michelle, Simone and the Security guys) were excellent and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The stadium shop liaised with the hotel to arrange to have a shirt for my partner on the bed when we arrived. Michelle and Simone arranged for the two of us to go through the tunnel to the pitch. Our room overlooked the pitch so we got to see the team train and later got autographs from loads of them. The food was lovely and the dishes were very generous portion sizes! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. A lovely, relaxed feeling to the hotel and the best experience of a hotel I have ever had. Loved it!! More tea, coffee, etc in the room (although when we asked for more milk we were given plenty- a pint!)

The room was well equipped, we had a view onto the Upton Park pitch. The hotel is close to the tube links. It was very good value for money. It's a very good standard 3 star hotel. 2 small single beds in a double room. Not good.
