Friendly staff, location close to transport links and free car parking
Noise of air conditioning and large patio door glass area gave room a slight chilliness which I was unable to change with room thermostat.
Staff very friendly (especially Helena at breakfast),the breakfast itself was copious and tasty, the room was spacious and the view of the stadium was incomparable.Free car parking is most welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Wi-fi in room was unreliable. The area outside our window was full of litter from the game played before our arrival and was still there when we left.We were invited to report any shortcomings in the room but no effort was made to repair or replace the two bedside cabinets which had casters missing and therefore were useless for resting anything on them.An easy chair or sofa would have been nice...the room was certainly big enough to accommodate more furniture. However these minor gripes did not detract seriously from a really enjoyable stay at a stadium I first visited over 60 years ago!
We liked all aspects of our stay.Loved looking out on to our beloved football pitch and enjoyed a very peaceful nights sleep.Nice bar and eating area ,as well as a lovely breakfast.
Good location, nice modern clean hotel. Friendly staff.
Good quality hotel in Football location Helpful staff Great view of the pitch from the room. Good breakfast. Good Parking
The surrounding area is a bit run down.
Hotel itself was really nice... Shame its not in a different location. Quite far streets from tube station. Apart from that lovely. Breakfast, had everything you need, friendly.
Good clean hotel, free wi-fi, fantastic food and all at a great price.
could have a larger or more varied menu.
Very clean and a lovely view of the stadium good selection of breakfast
Having to vacate the room by 8am as it was a match day. Can understand why but they informed us 3 days before the trip despite football fixtures being arranged long before hand. A good job I was prepared but advise checking before booking if you want a lay in!!
Just about everything that made the stay unique. Very enjoyable.
Having to vacate my room at 8am for match day. Think 9am would have been a much better time.
Location fabulous .food great .would highly recommend .my son who's a mad hammers fan enjoyed his stay very much.
Easy to get to. Amenities on the doorstep. Great view of the ground. Staff very very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast very nice buffet style. Water was very hot. Free wifi with good connectivity (need to register). Would definitely consider staying again.
Nothing much really. Could have more comfortable chairs in room but minor point.
Location Car Parking + security Staff Room Facilities Breakfast Tradition of iconic venue
Hotel, staying at westham, room, food, staff, comfort. No faults
Drinks were expensive in the bar
overlook the pitch
hotel´s restaurant was horrible incl. service
Recently visited the hotel/stadium with the ceo of another football club, and was impressed. Nice rooms, great views, and very clean. My only complaints would be, that the beds were the size of match boxes, and the balcony in our room was locked, disappointing, as I was dying to recreate paolo Di Canio's wonder strike against Wimbledon. May I also at, that the absolute cake working in reception on arrival, like west ham, had a cracking pair of strikers. X
Breakfast, room, parking, location
Overall package Reasonable price Excellent breakfast with very attentive staff.
Bedside lamps not working Attitude bar person
london and our nights out breakfasts
no shower only cold water & room was cold had to be given a heater complained they offered to move us but not at 11pm when we had been out all night and day i said thanks but no ta
It was in a football stadium and the room doubles as a corporate hospitality box , so it looks on to pitch. There was an Under-21 match during my stay, which was a bonus. Breakfast was included in the price and was good. Location very good, close to Upton Park tube station
The food in the bar/restaurant was OK, but the pie I ordered took about an hour and a half later, with no explanation
Location was good for where I needed to be.
Staff seemed to treat everything as a chore. Food in the restaurant was poor quality (burnt and greasy), took a long time to be delivered.
Near enough to ExCel centre, where I was at a conference, to be a practical option
the staff and the breakfast
all the light switches are by the door which means you have to stumble around to find the bed! only one lamp and I couldn't get it to work.
close to EXCEL, but that's nearly all!
- Restaurant: awful service and no alternatives round around! - Breakfast buffet closes to early! - Windows in the rooms cannot be opened. - Be (always) aware: its main function is being a soccer stadium, not a hotel ...
Room was good, the view of the pitch from room 311 was great, food was very good (both the breakfast and the evening meal), very quiet at night
A little cool in the bedroom but it may have been a faulty air con
Ease of access from public transport. View from bedroom window!
Full fat milk in bedroom. Breakfast service and replenishing of foodstuffs slow.
