On the waterfront, Ramada Hotel & Suites London Docklands is just half a mile from London City Airport. With a bar and restaurant, and the Docklands Light Railroad is only 0.3 miles away.

Excellent staff, especially security/parking attendant. Good location for Olympic park and London Stratford shopping. Room overlooked the pitch which was a novelty.
Exceptionally helpful staff
Great view of the pitch... Amazing!!! Lots of parking available Air con in the room
Can't think of anything
Staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful unique view from the room
the beds were too small but comfy wifi could of been quicker
I was in a twin room with my son it had great views of the pitch and ground in general, however the beds were very narrow and moved when you sat on them or made any kind of move on them, the shower was warm but not very powerful, there was tea and coffee making facilities and the tv had sky sports channels, breakfast was from 06.30 but the hot food didn't appear until around 07.00 but the lady on duty was great, handy for city airport.
Everything was more than you pay for!
To Warm rooms
Shower didn't work
Your room is a box on match days so, your balcony is the actual stadium! Excellent experience
The tv only has very few channels
The view of the ground was fantastic, it was like being a kid again! The room was comfortable, clean and practical. It was ideal for visiting London as it's only a 10 min walk to Upton Park station. Also only a 20 min drive to Stratford for Westfield and the Olympic stadium.
I was surprised at the lack of corporate branding within the hotel, this is THE West Ham UTD hotel, and to be honest apart from the entrance and the view you would never of known. I did find this a shame. We also had one morning when the breakfast room was very busy, some people were waiting for quite a considerable time for a table, we were lucky, we had got a table, but then just had to wait for ages for any food to come to the hot plate. The old guy waitering and clearing tables, as polite as he was, was incredibly slow at what he does. I'm all in favour of employing older people, but sometimes a rocket up the backside wouldn't go a miss! Another shame was that you could not open the doors in your room to go outside into the stadium itself what I thought would of been a nice thing.
Simone, the receptionist was so helpful.
The staff and breakfast excellent. Rooms very good but bed a bit slack but comfy for me.
Keep away from game days as no chance to get into room before midnight - that is the night to go to a show!
Breakfast only for europeas, no croissan or any paticeriee
A comfortable clean hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff
Fun to stay at the West Ham United stadium. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable.
It is very close to the Upton Park underground, not West Ham underground, but the trip to the city centre is long. Leave enough time!! The neighborhood's a bit dodgy. Female guests take care at night.
Everything was good. The breakfast staff were indeed exceptional and Simona in reception fantastically helpful
Good facilities, clean and well presented. Great place to stay just as a curiosity! Rooms look out into the stadium, admittedly, no football, but nice be in a box anyway!
Some sort of muddle up with the booking, and despite having a conformation for three rooms only two were available. These things happen, but the staff were not interested in finding a solution or even helping us find a solution and were in all a little stand offish about the situation. In the end one of the party had to drive across London and stay with relatives overnight. Some might not be lucky enough to have relatives locally to save the day.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for local transport. Good range of food choices. Comfortable bed. Relaxed feel.
Due to the hotel also being part of the football ground, guests have to vacate their rooms by 8am on match days, and not able to return until 8pm, so not ideal for families with young children - although this is made clear at time of booking.
Unusual setting Food surprisingly good Car parking flexibility Helpful staff
Restaurant area looks shabby & dated Having to set up an account to get Wi-Fi Limited or no cupboard space Unable to book in until 8.00 pm due to Match day which wasn't informed until after the booking was made
It was a good value for the money. I should however note that the hotel is not really in a upmarket neighborhood but nevertheless we felt safe late at night. Also, it is in zone 3 for the London Underground and the nearest station - Upton park is really close (5 min walk). Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
It was good value for money and reasonably close to where I was going" the ExCel centre for a convention. Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast.
The fire alarm went off (falsely) twice in the four nights I spent there. A serious nuisance factor.
the view from the room onto the pitch
the room had no window and we were not allowed open the sliding doors, that was the worst
IT'S A FOOTIE GROUND SO GREAT
AREA IS DODGY AND DID NOT ENJOY LATE EVENING 9ISH WALK FROM TUBE
Easy parking, rooms comfortable but functional, meals are good, rooms are nice and quiet considering its location in London. As a football fan the view from the rooms is great and using the stadium in this way is a lesson a lot of other clubs should take note of.
Front desk staff are a bit haphazard in booking in.
Large rooms, comfortable beds, quiet location, easy access to motorway,
Noisy air conditioning and not able to turn sound down.
