Clean, modern, well equipped, friendly and helpful staff and easy walk to the city centre The wireless broadband signal was very poor and kept dropping out and there was a lot of noise in the street outside at around 2-2.30 in the morning, not the hotel's fault but it did wake me. |

Clean and comfortable For the price we paid, breakfast really should have been included. Our booking information said we would have to check-out at 11am, but we had to be out by 10:30am. We were unable to check-in until 2:30pm. I feel £150 is rather obscene for a 20 hour stay with or without breakfast. |

Close proximity to city centre. parking facilities. staff friendly. only 1 plug socket available in room. no fridge for cold drinks. no wardrobe which made the room look untidy all the time. bathroom not very clean. |

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and room was clean. It would have been helpful if our room had two chairs. It was a double room for two people and is not comfy sitting on bed for any length of time. |

rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was best I have had - local produce items excellent. Son (13) loved free wi-fi. needed some drawers for small clothes items. |

The staff were well trained and very courteous. The bed was good and breakfast also. The walls were a bit thin if next to a family with small children. We asked to be moved and this was resolved. |
