Free Wifi is available. Located at walking distance from tourist spots. Hotel staff were kind and friendly. The chair at the room desk was too big and heavy. |

The unprompted friendliness of the staff, the space within the room and variety of food available. The noise of the air conditioning units on the rood adjacent to our room. I had to ask about car parking rather than the staff enquire whether I needed the facility. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have digital TV. There was nowhere to put the soap in the bathroom. |

The location for our city weekend was perfect and the breakfast and the room were very good. There was no where to dry the towels in the bathroom when you had used them as night and needed them again in the morning. |

Location within easy walking distance but without the noise of the city at night. Modern comfortable rooms and a plentiful breakfast. Ideal for a city break for all ages and business trips. |

The comfort and the design of the room. The location a few minutes walk from the center of the town . The noise in the street outside which you can hear quite a lot when your room is located on the side of the road .There must be rooms that are much more quiet than the one we had . |

Very clean rooms & ensuite facility, tea/coffee provided in the room was just what we needed on arrival. Location fantastic for all local tourist attractions, yet far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise. We thought breakfast seemed expensive & think for the price of the room, it should be included. |

The room was very comfortably decorated and finished. The breakfast had a good selection and was very nice. The receptionist announced to the entire hotel how much my bill was by quoting it at the top of her voice. That was my business and no-one else needed to know. I have never had to pay a hotel bill on arrival, very strange. The room was cold and the wall heater was not working. We were given a rotating blow heater but could not control the heat and it made the room stuffy so could not leave it on through the night. At breakfast, all tables seemed to have a jug of coffee left on it, we didn't and no member of staff approached to offer a refil. I was still eating toast and the waitress took my plate away before I had finished. |

Good size shower, clean appearance of room, comfortable beds, coffee making facilities, ice availability on the floor, location of hotel, minimalistic & chic look. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use any of your other facilities e.g. restaurant & bar. |

Pleasant staff and not too far from the centre of town The location was not charming. Disappointed that the room had no real storage (wardrobe or chest of drawers) and in a double room you need reading lights rather than spot lights in the ceiling. |

The hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient. The breakfast was excellent. We found free parking because we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday. |
