Bien situado. Muy moderno, limpio. Confortable.

El parking estaba lleno.

El hotel está bien ubicado dentro de la ciudad a pocos minutos caminando del centro.

Contratamos una habitación familiar ya que viajamos con dos niños pequeños; Sin embargo la habitación no era lo suficientemente espaciosa y al habilitar la cama supletoria apenas quedaba espacio para moverse o dejar el equipaje.

La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza dela habitación y el excelente desayuno

las habitaciones son comunicadas y muy mal insonorizadas. se escucha toda la conversacion de la habitacion contigua. no tiene armario en la habitacion.

Free Wifi is available. Located at walking distance from tourist spots. Hotel staff were kind and friendly.

The chair at the room desk was too big and heavy.

Central for city centre. Really good hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were well designed and all that was needed for an overnight stay.

Unfortunately the breakfast, although very good was a little cold and perhaps an improvement could be made in the idea of serving the tea in a thermos jug, which was not hot at all.

The unprompted friendliness of the staff, the space within the room and variety of food available.

The noise of the air conditioning units on the rood adjacent to our room. I had to ask about car parking rather than the staff enquire whether I needed the facility.

I loved the comfort of the room and the fact that the sofa bed was already made on arrival....also the restauraunt was fantastic ,we will definatley be returning to this hotel.

The parking was very awkward and poorly lit.

Hotel was ideally located for shopping & sightseeing in York city centre and staff very helpful

Twin rooms were on the small side. No real space to put luggage.

The location for our city weekend was perfect and the breakfast and the room were very good.

There was no where to dry the towels in the bathroom when you had used them as night and needed them again in the morning.

Location within easy walking distance but without the noise of the city at night. Modern comfortable rooms and a plentiful breakfast. Ideal for a city break for all ages and business trips.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable but basic. The hotel was within easy walking distance of all York's attractions.
