The staff were very pleasnt the food was good we stayed in the annex which was a bit of a walk but nothing to worry about the room was clean the only thing i would suggest is to update the TV in the room also would have been nice to have had a double bed not a twin room |

The hotel is comfortable, very clean with a very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, although I would, personally, prefer a buffet type breakfast. The hotel enjoys a magnificent location with a lovely view from the dining room balcony. If anything, it was a little too hot. I bet you don't get that complaint from many in November !!! |

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms could do with makeover and the breakfast is basic but nice. Rooms were shabby . |

It was my second stay at the Legacy hotel. The location is wonderful and the staff are always exceptional. The breakfast in the morning, sitting in the conservatory is also one of the perks. Unfortunately on both of my visits, the heating has been up too high for my liking, with no way to turn it down. I was forced to sleep above the covers. It also made the bar a little uncomfortable. |

perfectly placed for countryside/mountains also not far from coast, in other words good location. could do with a bit of updating, carpets very worn and tattered, very creaking floorboards and shaving socket in room not enough power to operate shaver. |

Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, room was great with stunning views from both windows. Good entertainment in the evening although it was more suited for pensioners. |

Nice welcome from reception staff. Evening entertainment. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Nice size and comfortable beds. Breakfast. If anything it was a little too warm for me in most areas of the hotel, this was a very minor complaint. |

Beautifull scenery and great breakfasts! The first day we were there our room was not restocked with the usual sugars, coffee etc and not properly cleaned but the next day it was. The breakfast staff are friendly but the front desk is a bit gloomy. For the price we paid for a double room (£39 per night for the room) it was worth it but wouldnt pay a penny more for this hotel as you could find better in the area for more. |

The rooms have been updated and are now extremely comfortable Couldnt book an evening meal there as we were on bed and breakfast only and there was a large party having an evening meal. |

Great location and so convenient for all of the Snowdonia Walks. Good value for money. Very 70's styling in bars and not warm and welcoming. |

Closeness to the Mountains and the clean and comfortable room Not enough staff for Breakfast and Dinner. Entertainment advertised but didn't turn up with reception excuse that this is only done for coach trips!!!! |

Ideal location for competing in the Snowdonia Marathon. Food good if a little slow arriving. Slow breakfast service although the hotel was full to capacity |

It is quiet The marathon day plus wedding group seemed to cause a few cross bookings which made the reception a long wait if there was a problem |

It was convenient to get to the snowdon railway and would make a good base for a snowdonia holiday It is old and tired, my room was cramped, too hot even with the window open and had no view at all. |

The proximity to the wedding we were attending The walls in the room were quite thin and you could hear the noise from the other rooms i.e. coughing, switching on/off of light switches. Also my neighbours let their door slam as opposed to closing it quietly when off to breakfast |

The food on the first night was fantastic. Breakfast was good on both days. The food on the second night was awful. Couldn't believe it was the same hotel! |
