The room is very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect.

The hotel imposed a £50 per-authorization as a deposit and claimed that they will cancelled the pre-authorization and refund back to my debit card when check out. It's almost two weeks since I'm back but Quebce hotel have not credit back the money to my account.

We have stayed at Quebecs several times, and it never disappoints, the breakfast room is a delight, and since the adding of a bar, it is a welcome distraction before heading out for the evening, the staff are professional and courteous, the hotel is ideally situated for the newly opened Trinity Centre

This was our second stay here. Great staff, nice décor a super location - 30 second walk from the train station and sits right in the thick of the shopping area! The recent addition of a bar area was a welcome treat to replace the tiny honest bar which now meant pre-dinner drinks and night- caps were possible. The bar is beautifully decorated, richly furnished with lovely leather chairs. It is a delightful place to sit, relax and have a drink. I highly recommend a drink here.The beds and bedding are of superior quality and a good night's sleep is assured. This is certainly not a shabby hotel and we will definitely return.

Some of the furnishings in the bedroom were slightly dated/worn and late in the evening, there was not enough staff which meant the night porter (who as well as managing the bar and the reception area was also responsible for any room service (delivering it but also making it too) needed 75 minutes to get us a sandwich.

Fantastic hotel in a prime location with spacious comfortable rooms and great service!

Nothing it was for us a perfect stay!

we stayed in an executive double which was large, with lots of light and a queen size bed. Breakfast was good. New bar next to reception which is a nice addition.

we have stayed here a number of times and recently been disappointed that the staff/service is poor. They appear to be short-staffed. No towels in our bathroom. Could not get an answer on the phone from reception,housekeeping or room service.

Great hotel! Wouldn't stay anywhere in Leeds. Rooms lovely, staff very courteous and so central. 10 out of 10.

We have stayed at Quebecs previously a few years ago and the Hotel did not disappoint, the addition of a Bar, was a welcome surprise, and it has still retained its luxury yet cosy feel

A bit tired around the edges - attention to detail on finishing the rooms & bathrooms was poor. The room was far too hot & the temperature control didn't work. This wasn't sorted out, despite our request. It's clearly a big problem as there are so many comments about this problem on trip advisor - this is what makes the hotel fair overall, rather than good. It really disturbed our sleep.

Nice exterior

Double room in loft was really a single room. Only 1 bedside table, only room to stand up on one side of the bed. Facilities were far worse than similarly priced hotels we have stayed at. No lobby -just a desk & a lift. Filled in a complaints form & told they would contact us - they didn't Just generally sub standard Stay somewhere else

Gladstone Suite was amazing, best shower and breakfast delivered to our room was a treat. French Restaurant below the hotel is not to be missed. Honesty Bars was nice too, help yourself and write down what you had !!

Carpet was a little grubby, probably overspill of dirty water from adjacent wooden floors. Main road outside our ground floor suite got noisy in the morning. Need arms like popeye to close the curtains, probably 15 foot high and mafe of heavy velour !

Location and unique rooms.

Arriving just 10 minutes before the 3 pm check in time and being 'instructed' to leave our bags and return after 3pm by a very abrupt and direct member of staff. Luckily when we returned after 3 Pm the lovely receptionist who checked us in was much friendlier and helpful to the end

Nice city centre location. It's not a chain hotel - quite individual

the room temperature control was really confusing to use and noisy. just seems not to do what i tried to set it to.

Boutique hotel beautifully decorated but an uncomfortable stay.

Noisy - loud traffic noise from 4am. No headboard to bed making it uncomfortable to watch tv. There was no remote for the tv. No restaurant service at 9pm. Cold - room settings noisy and inefficient and heated towel rail not working.

Bath/shower a bit complicated, couldn't get good pressure and temperature simultaneously.

We upgraded to a luxuary sweet, the tv did not work properly and the toilet kept running water all night. We did not get a reduction even though we complained

How easy it was to get to the hotel & the location was excellent.

The car parking facilities but that was the only downside

The staff were very nice. Felt relaxed the moment I walked in. The room was very grand the bed very comfortable. Especially liked the 'honesty bar' Just an altogether lovely stay.

Stayed here for one one in Dec.. when I arrived I was made to feel very welcome Staff were excellent and very helpful in every way.. The room was fantastic had everything you could need,the bed was so comfortable and was so much bigger than expected.. Very central for everything you could need.. If I were to come to Leeds again I will defiantly book this hotel ..
