The overall setup of the Hotel was one that makes the guest feel imporant, the level of personal attention from meeting at the front desk was a welcomed change to the big Hotel chains. |

convenient for our objectives The room was totally under the roof eaves and for half the floor area had no head room. There was one tiny window so even staying on a bright June day there was no natural light during the day |

The staff were friendly and the room was as good as the description. We were there on a weekday and got a free upgrade to an Executive Room. Overall, a very good experience. |

Everything - expecially the young lady in the breakfast room. Could there be mugs in the rooms instead of cups and saucers? The pillows were very soft - could you have some orthopaedic pillows available? |

pleasant reception staff who made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable with tasteful decor and we appreciated the bottle of water in the evening. The beautiful staircase was a bonus, good to have a photo of this to remember. very minor quibbles, if there was a reading light over the bed then we did not find it, we like to read in bed. a pack of biscuits with the tea tray would have been welcome. |

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. When my girlfriend first arrived at the hotel, struggling with several bags, nobody opened the door or offered to help. The man just sat at reception and looked at her. |

The staff were particularly helpful and charming. They gave us the feeling that nothing was too much trouble and that all of them geuinely cared about us. Also the room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable-especially bed and the luxurious bedding. No. I usually prefer a bath over a shower. The toiletries-occitaine-were delightful. |

Location for restaurants, station etc was very good. Room was on the very top floor and a bit on the small side, certain areas of the room had a low ceiling. |

The suite was perfect, if a little quirky. The views of the city rooftops gave a different perspective of the city that I'd never seen before. Comfiest bed ever!! The location was ideal for our stay, everything was available on the Hotel doorstep!!! |
