Lovely lovely place
Greg, the host, was attentive and kind. Location was just out of town but made for a nice stroll. The bathroom was lovely and clean. The bedroom had everything you need.
The cooked breakfast was a bit poor. Eggs seemed to be microwaved. The bed was very squeaky, and the room, right next to the communal space and two other rooms.
Very homely and comfortable and every morning we had the best breakfast. Perfect location for a short walk into the city centre. We couldn't have wanted a thing more.
We liked everything.
The Queen Charlotte's Orangery was like discovering a 'secret garden'. Queen Charlotte's Orangery was such a relaxing and peaceful place to stay after visiting the sights in Bath. This was made possible by its charming owners Gregg and Denise and of course 'sailor'!. Our room was beautifully presented and the 'Italian' styled garden was an inspiration. Our breakfast every morning, which was delicious, was served in the central hall which overlooked the stunning garden. We would highly recommend this location as it is within walking distance to the centre of town yet far enough away to really relax. Thank you Gregg, Denise and Sailor for your warm welcome.
Warm home, lovely dog. Big and quiet room.
A magical place with exceptional friendly service. Its location close to the restaurants in Bath made it ideal for our Birthday treat!
Great location !! Really cosy room ! Good facilities! Adequate breakfast choice Good evening restaurants within walking distance and ideal for the purpose of a shopping break for which it was chosen !!
My husband and I enjoyed Greg and Jan's attentiveness for detail. I can imagine their garden patio to be equally beautiful in the warmer weather. Welcoming us on a cold and damp day with hot tea was perfect. Thank You!

The owners were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great location only a short walk into Bath city centre.
Quirky B&B, very comfortable and a fantastic base for exploring Bath. Parking is very convenient and directly outside the accommodation.
Friendly, welcoming, lovely room, beautiful surroundings, nice breakfast.
Wow, facilities exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and welcoming through out our stay.
Location coupled with the historic property. Comfy room which was excellent value.
Very convenient location. Friendly welcome especially from Sailor! The garden. The breakfast.
A property of rare character, elegance and charm waits through a door in a high, niched sandstone wall. Sailor, the Westie escorted us to our glorious suite (yes, a dog but too cute to ignore) decorated and furnished way beyond what you might expect, in a high French style set in Regency frame. We could not tell if any of the other rooms had guests until the following morning, and then only glimpses across the mature and casually planted courtyard garden -this was perfect for a sunny breakfast. Our host was helpful, especially with the on-street parking (permit for duration of stay) and the overall feeling was one of having fallen through a silk-damask lined rabbit-hole, and landing in a painting for a while. Anyone familiar with the more extraordinary of the Landmark Trust properties would feel at home here. Sydney place, it's park and the walk into the city along Great Pultney Street must rank as the most seamless of High Georgian experiences you could ever hope to have. All in all, a great place in a great place.
location to town
Great welcome, charming host and hostess. Beautiful 'Georgian' decor.'Sailor' the friendly little dog!Good food Attention to detail.A uniquely historical venue.
I think we had the smallest room. It had a door into the courtyard which appeared to be locked,so no air, and as the weather was warm it was a bit stuffy at night.
There was a real wow factor as we entered the building and looked towards the garden. Mr O'Neill was very helpful and has a good sense of humour. The room was charming and supplied our every need. A very good breakfast was provided in the garden.
an oasis beautiful garden easy to walk to core sites beautifully decorated very friendly
Very warm welcome, good chats with the owners, a very friendly dog, a beautiful and lovely garden, great stay
Very friendly welcoming Location The cute dog :)
We spent a delightful 5 day break in this hotel. The Queen Charlotte suite was very comfortable. The french doors leading to the garden enabled us to sit outside in the fantastic garden for breakfast. The walk to the main part of Bath is very pleasant and approx 10 to 15 minutes away.
clean, friendly and unique
being on the short size, I found such a high bed quite difficult to get in and out of, for most this wouldn't be a problem
