Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Decent breakfast, available from 7.30 even on a Sunday. Freephone taxi arrived quickly. Room a bit basic, even allowing for its status as university residence. Lighting poor. Soap etc was not supplied until asked for. There was distracting noise from some sort of nearby power plant until quite late in the evening |

I did like the location and the environment,the breakfast,but there is one thing which has to be addressed when you stay a week-end;Saturday and Sunday,there is no cleaning of the bathroom,and as it is very small,and the mat is not changed,the floor remains wet. |

The price was right, it was secure and well located (between PRONI and the Linen Hall Library) and the staff were helpful. |

It was pretty basic but what I would expect from University Accommodation anywhere. I realise that security in a city as fraught with problems as Belfast has been must be a problem but I thought the car parking in particularly was unnecessarily difficult to get into and out of again. |

security was very good. also the use of the kitcen facilities was convenient. staff helpful. this should not be described as a hotel - the rooms are student lodgings. could not park car anywhere near room. no tv in room. breakfast only adequate - food soon cold. |

The staff was very kind and friendly, helpful and polite. My room was clean and the shower one of the best I've ever try in a hotel :) |

It was convenient to the city, provided basic accommodation at a very reasonable price, and was a lot quieter than I expected. I also really appreciated the internet access and the staff were great. Also parking was secure. Facilites were a bit basic. |

El hotel es troba en una zona força tranquila composta de petits edificis on es troben les habitacions, les instal·lacions són força noves. Es troba lluny del centre de la ciutat (25-30 min) caminant, es aconsellable agafar un autobús o un taxi. |

Очень уютный отель - фактически это кампус Университета. Возможность общаться со студентами, преподавателями. Находится в тихом районе города, при этом совсем не далеко от центра. |
