Good location, close to Pleasure Beach and South Pier, and only 20min walk to the centre of Blackpool.all the staff were first class, dining room, bar staff and housekeepers. The bars and lounge areas are a bit dated, but its an old building which really doesnt lend itself to 21st century modernisation,so all in all most enjoyable stay. We stayed 4 nights and on the 2nd night when we returned to the hotel after a long day out we discovered our room had not been serviced, beds hadnt been made or bins emptied. |

I liked the fact that the staff there saw to it that there was big screen tv to watch the Formula 1 at 0600hrs in the morning. The bedroom smelled a lot of smoke, the bed was too soft and unfortable and the shower was terrible, no pressure and took ages to warm up. |

We enjoyed the entertainment in the Theatre Bar even though it was actually a public bar attached to the hotel We found the hotel very old and in need of some repair. We were very dissapointed at the state of the hotel for the moneythat we paid |
