Queens Hotel  

Quiet hotel (except for 1 night), easy to reach with the underground, good bed, friendly staff.

English breakfast was OK, but the rest was not. Please get the croissants (and the rest) from the baker instead of a plastic bag. Don't serve instant coffee !

In GENERAL:The atmosphere, staff and the location - perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Rooms: Rooms were clean and tidy. Reception desk: The night receptionists were very friendly and ready to help. Solution-oriented.

Rooms: - The room nb 13 - very nice atlhough the bathroom sink is definitely too small. Would be nice as well if the feet-towel was an everyday standard (got it only once during my 5 nights' stay) - The room nb 17 - too much noise coming out from the street. Couldn't sleep at all. I would recommend to make a better window isolation. The bathroom sink is definitely too small here as well. I tried to take a shower at 22:00 and 04:00 - didn't succed due to the cold water which was the only option available.In room nb. 13 the hot water was available 24h.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good

Bad traffic noise... Poor sound insulation between rooms, I could hear my neibours' pillow talk! Bathroom door handle came off in my hand and was not fixed after I reported it... Light above the mirror in bathroom did not work - and was nor fixed after I reported it.

Brilliant location,only seconds from underground which allows you go anywhere in London, I will 100% be going back again

Breakfast is only between 7.30 to 9.30, it's a pity it didn't go for another hour

The breakfast was quite good with juice, cereals, yogart, ham, cheese and fruit. You could also have a full English cooked breakfast

There was a strong smell of air fresheners which was to mask the smell of cigarette smoke from guests smoking in non smoking rooms. There was so much smoke that the smoke alarm went off in my room and I don't smoke. The carpet in my room had not been cleaned for the first 2 days of my stay.

The hotel is really clean and well decorated. The staff was very friendly. It is opposite to Finsbury Park and about 5 minutes from Finsbury Underground. Personnally, the location was useful.

The bathroom was rather small and had only soap.

I think the queens hotel just soso. It have high price, but not high quanlity. The wiff is very bad, and the washroom very small.

On suite facilities very small, can hardly move in the shower, can't get your hand in the sink to wash and shave.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The lady on reception was really welcoming, friendly and helpful. All the staff were kind and helpful. It felt like staying with family. It makes a huge difference to be greeted so warmly.

Location, friendly staff, so clean great breakfast. We really enjoyed our visit, and will return soon.

the queens was in a great location for where we needed to go only a few mins walk from the tube. rooms were very clean will stay here again.

heating didnt work in our room for the weekend wasnt a big deal as we didnt spend a lot of time in the room but was cold when we were there.

Location - close to underground and Finsbury Park. Within easy access of Clissold Park and Stoke Newington. Friendly staff.
