The room was immaculate. There was not a trace of mould in the bathroom. Water pressure on the 4th floor was poor and made showering somewhat tedious. Receptionist made a note of this and said he would report it. |

Hotel was comfortable, rooms clean and staff helpful and friendly. Its situation gives a lovely view away from the bustling town centre which is only a short walk ,so best of both worlds. Didn't supply morning newspapers (abit of a walk for some of the older people to buy their own) No hairdryers. |

All services & excellent staff to administer them. Top quality accommodation & restuarant fare. Bar staff attentive & nothing too much trouble. Excellent location. limited car parking with rather inconvenient alternatives. Too bad the new annex cannot take advantage of the vista. |

Hotel staff were very professional and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable with good views (even from the back block!). Car park much too small. Shower was not at all powerful enough. Building between main hotel and the back could be made prettier. The lift does need looking at too. |

my partner and i found this hotel to be of excellent standard, the breakfast buffet is vast and plentyful. But the best experiance after a long day of activities was the relaxing jacuisse bath. |

The Superior Sea View room was lovely but overpriced. Breakfast was good; especially when buffet service as range was good. Bar meals were very good. |

I especially liked that the hotel was clean, comfortable beds, jacuzzi in bath tub and very quiet at night No radio in the room, internet wireless service only available in the communal areas |

nice breakfast. nice view from the front of hotel. room was very clean. the hotel looks lovely in the guide but the majority of rooms are located in an ugly square box behind the hotel. Ok room if used as a base for sleep and breakfast then go out for the day! Bathroom tiny and shower screen didn't stop the water flooding the floor. Very expensive for what it turned out to be. Parking is very limited. |

helpful staff at reception. Had some private parking. Room fine, all very clean. Only a small point: lounge/bar area rather soulless. Spare furniture stored in common parts/corridor. |

We had a large comfortable room with a sea view overlooking the bay. The food was good as was the service. I would stay there again. |

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. I telephoned to say that I would arrive late, and they were very helpful. The window in my room did not open - it had been painted shut. |
