The fact that it was right on the seafront and close to the towns facilities Poor parking. No late bar. |

The accommodation was excellent and good value for money The hotel staff were very good but the Bar Staff were not so helpful. They were too keen to close the bar at 11:00 pm whereas Residents are used to a Hotel bar being open to them later than this. My husband went to the Bar at 10:40 only to have the lights put out on him and be told the bar closed in 19 minutes. A large party of Residents also left the hotel at 11:00 pm to drink elsewhere. |

there was no ample parking at this hotel was asked to park in the disabled spot and if need be could they call if they needed me to move the car. |

Clean,tidy and beautifully decorated. Staff available and friendly. Room was really comfortable. The lack of parking. Hotel has a very small parking lot and at the week- end the parking adjacent to the hotel was full. We had to drive into town, park in a car-park and walk back to hotel taking approx 15 mins. |

Not much - wouldn't recommend. We had to navigate a maze to get to our room which was frustrating. Also, tv in room did not work properly and was a tiny old-fashioned tv about 12 inches big! Shower did not work properly - took about 10mins to get hot water every time and then the water just trickled out... could not wash hair because of this. Also, walls paper thin. I think the experience depends on the room you are allocated |
