Its clean &comfortable staff polite &friendly, very handy for city visit ,slightly expensive for b&b £85 per night ,but resturant is resonably prised ,the fillet steak was superb. |

I liked the look of the building and its central location. The bedroom overthrows looked dity & old put me off right away.Restaurant linen was horrible plastic coated material reminded me of a cheap greasy cafe, & I did not like the black crockery showed loads of scratch marks, seemed old. Recommend the hotel addresses these 3 points right away, as I reckon my first impressions would be the same for most people. |

Lovely hot water, comfortable bed, view of the town and the Tay, but above all the kindness and friendliness of all staff. Just a detail: I wonder if there could be some system of ensuring that Reception staff are informed about current events in the town? The quite outstanding Duncan of Jordanstone degree show is in the Vision building, Seabraes, until the 14th of June. I think visitors to Dundee would love to see, especially, the jewellery and the textiles. |

The architecture of the building is interesting. But the main staircase is stunning. Parking in a secure carpark was also an added feature. Sunday breakfast was very poor. |

the bar was nice and enjoyed a few drinks there. having a private car park was good. It was very central for shops, bars and restaurants. The room was not very warm even though the heating was up. On the fourth floor and view was through brick work and very noisy through the night. |

I found my stay very pleasant and comfortable. Staff were efficient and helpful. The room was clean and fresh and comfortable.Till now I had stayed in the Riverside Premier Inn. I found the Queen's better overall value for money. Only point, and very minor, was that I was not told on checking out the password for the car park and had to come back to reception to be told. Would be helpful if this info was offered as standard at checkout. |

the room was very tastefully decorated and the hotel is easy to find. It is centrally located. We were unable to get an evening meal. Breakfast was a bit hectic and the staff not too helpful at the hot buffet section. |
