Best Western Queens Hotel

Friendliness of staff, convenience in locality, and secure parking

Was locked out after coming back from staff night out, was not aware that there was curfew. Did not like restuarant set up in morning, tables were set out in rows. Okay if you were in a large group or company, but not when you are on your own iT put me off so much I went out and had breakfast at a local cafe.

Great hotel & great location. Had a room in the back and it was lovely & quiet. Comfy beds & free parking. Great breakfast

A hotel with a good deal of character and charm but in which everything seemed to work (which is not always the case!)

no heating in the room only in the bathroom which did not work,window did not close properly room was very cold,breakfast so so.tried to get a drink when we arrived back to the hotel just after midnight,was told that the bar was closed.

I was given a lovely big family room even though I was travelling on my own - I was told this was because I was staying all week. The room was kept spotlessly clean, there was plenty of tea, coffee and milk and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or obliging.

The breakfast. Fine if you want a cooked breakfast - well cooked and plenty of it but boring and monotonous if you didn't with very little choice.

Good basic overnight stay hotel close to the railway station for comutes up and down the Scitish East coast.

We liked the idea that you allowed pets at no extra charge. This was our reason for picking the Queens Hotel over others. The room on the ground floor with easy acces to outside was ideal.

I stayed in room 203, which was beautiful, with a huge bed, lovely bathroom and 2 windows with great views of the city and the River Tay I will visit this hotel again. Its in a great location, and the staff were all so helpful. The breakfast also was very good. I absolutely loved this hotel.

Its clean &comfortable staff polite &friendly, very handy for city visit ,slightly expensive for b&b £85 per night ,but resturant is resonably prised ,the fillet steak was superb.

A meeting place for an ex-service reunion. An excellent lunch and with good service

Breakfast was poor. Luke warm and the scrambled egg was not freshly made

I liked the look of the building and its central location.

The bedroom overthrows looked dity & old put me off right away.Restaurant linen was horrible plastic coated material reminded me of a cheap greasy cafe, & I did not like the black crockery showed loads of scratch marks,seemed old. Recommend the hotel addresses these 3 points right away, as I reckon my first impressions would be the same for most people.

Room reasonable and quiet. Breakfast arrangements very good.I arrived late at night and the system worked Ok.

Smelly, run down lift.

The location was central and ideal for shops,sights and bars and restaurants

The hotel bar was very comfortable and pleasant
