Clean confortable room and friendly staff. Very good location.

Room a bit small and we were in a room on the ground floor near reception so it was very noisy with the bell ringing all night.

I wanted to shorten my stay and had already told the staff about it when checking in. They just failed to let me know that I need 48 hours in advance to tell them so and that is what I did not like about the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, bringing tea to the room upon arrival and offering us advice and directions where necessary. The room was excellent, in a beautiful setting, and extra little touches, such as dressing gowns enhanced the visit.

The breakfast seemed a little disorganised - there did not seem to be enough staff to handle the demand, which meant that tables were not cleared for new diners and some of the food was not automatically replenished.

we ordered a pot of tea and paper in the morning which was complementary.

there was re-furbishment going on which resulted in a lot of noise in our room from 8am

The location was perfect for the Royal Albert Hall and other great London venues.

La situation géographique de l'Hotel.La gentillesse de l'équipe à la reception. La propreté.

Il manque un bon fauteuil pour lire dans la chambre..L'alarme Feu a sonné trois fopis pendant mon séjour . Il faut un meilleur réglage de la sensibilité de l'alarme.

La proximité des parcs de Londres

L'accueil de la personne le Samedi 20 juin. Désagréable et pas commerçant. Globalement il y a un manque de chaleur humaine dans cet hôtel.

地下鉄駅からも近く、部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフも親切。次回も利用したいと思います。

シャワーが固定式だった。
