Clean spacious room, nicely decorated. Friendly helpful staff. Good facilities. Reasonable breakfast. Great location.
Breakfast could've been hotter!
Location was excellent but unfortunately that was only thing I could really recommend.
Room did not appear to get cleaned while we were there (just beds made & towels replaced & towels all seemed to be stained), breakfast felt like corners were pinched as much as possible. Disappointing.
location and room size
difficult to control temperature in room as only a radiator. no air con
Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Noisy club outside could be heard at night in the room
Clean and good service from cheerful, diligent staff. The lifts worked well. Apt room siting. Breakfast was adequate - thank you.
Middle of the night prolonged commotion in close proximity. (Can't those involved be given the freedom of another City).
Central Location and the sea views were fantastic and loved that the rooms weren't boiling as many hotels can be!
Bed was very hard and no option for breakfast - i.e how would you like your eggs (only one option, scrambled) No toast brought to table you had to do your own (so waited in a queue for toast) and the dining room layout meant it was quite cramped especially waiting to be seated as all the waiting staff tried to squeeze by with hot trays of food to fill the buffet. I also got locked in the bathroom as couldn't turn the door handle from the inside - luckily my partner was in the room and could free me - check the door handles everyone!!
Location Spacious Family Room Clean and Comfortable Excellent Breakfast
Beautiful sea view. Staff was helpful.
Needs updating. Furniture was worn and ripped. Night was noisy ;was woken a few times.
I loved everything about the hotel, brilliant spa and I liked that you could use the pool without any further charge.
The bed was too small.
The breakfast was poor .. Could have better quality bread. fried eggs as an option and the fruit fresh not put of a tin .
Good hotel with nice facilities in a great position
It was very noisy all through the night.mdistrubed our sleep. The windows could very easily replaced to stop the noise.
We got a free upgrade to a family room - everywhere was clean, if a maybe a little dated. The staff were efficient & polite.
No car park - which meant an extra £20 per night.
I liked the location, price and happy hour cocktail evenings
As a wheelchair user the **Ramp was embarrassingly narrow and winding and so I had difficulty manoeuvring my scooter round the bends and found this stressful. **The fact that I had to pay for what should have been another choice of tea or hot drink, namely hot chocolate
We stayed in the tower suite which has a beautiful view of the sea and the room is massive which was nice.
Actually really noisy. Can hear everything outside so not the best hotel for a good nights sleep
The room was large, spacious and roomy, with comfortable bedding and furniture. The bathroom was perfectly adequate, as was the bedding. The cupboard space was ample and the room, despite being big, had a cosy feel to it.
The television seemed a little temperamental, with the picture coming and coming at times.
Good location, friendly staff, comfortable room
We enjoyed the hotel location on the sea front near the pier. The lanes were just behind the hotel and offered a unique shopping experience. The king size room we had was very spacious and had great views.
The room internet was very slow and at times would not connect at all. The spa was very basic with just a sauna and not a steam room as advertised. The pool area felt cold and you had to walk though a cold air conditioned gym full of people while in just a costume to get to the pool from the changing room and back when wet. a hot tub would have been nice.
Location, Bar, Breakfast
Pillows were a bit hard
In a great location. enjoyed being able to use the pool and sauna. decent breakfast.
bed was a bit un-comfy and room a bit noisy but didn't bother us too much
Location was great and staff couldn't have been more helpful
Wifi signal was exceptionally poor
All of it - location is brill
Perfect location! The breakfast was good (the croissants...Oh superb!) Friendly and helpful staff. I had a problem with my first room (an unpleasant odor emanating from the bed sheets/mattress) and the hotel kindly upgraded to a room with sea view. Comfy bed and large room.
A bit noisy at night.
Excellent spacious rooms lovely staff and lovely hotel. Lesuire centre was a great touch. Brilliant breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when visiting brighton.
Beds we're not amazingly comfortable but still had a good sleep. Wifi signal did not work as well in the room but cannot make any major complaints about our stay.
Situated right on the front by the pier this is an excellent location for the lanes ( just around the corner ) the dome and other attractions. It is not the cheapest but the quality of accommodation is really good and the eat all you want English breakfast is great if you wake up hungry. I have stayed here twice now and second time around was upgraded, free of charge, to a wonderful king size bed, with separate living room and sea view.
Unless you are ludicrously fussy you probably wont get to stay anywhere better in Brighton for the price. If you choose a room without sea view though you may get a fair bit of night-time noise from outside but if you already live in a city its not going to bother you
Great break at a discounted price as it was a sunday night only via booking.com. Lovely friendly staff, very comfortable and clean room and a great breakfast the next morning. Definitely going to return.
