Due to the style of the apartments building, there are steep stairs leading to the apartments and studio rooms, and no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The Queens Hotel and Spa building does have a lift to all floors, although not all room types are accessible to wheelchair users.
Special menus will apply for all guests wishing to dine in the hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, with pre-booking essential. The hotel will contact you with further information and prices.
Apartment and Studio check-in:
Guests will check in at the main Queens Hotel & Spa. The apartments are located in the Queens Hotel Apartments building next door to the main hotel.
Guests booking an apartment/ studio will be required to place an additional GBP 200 security deposit on arrival by credit/ debit card. This deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of departure after a housekeeping inspection and may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, at the discretion of your card issuer.
If you choose a non-refundable rate for an apartment or studio the property management will still require the GBP 200 deposit payment on a credit/ debit card on arrival.
