Location to pier and all amenities very good. Paid for a sea view room and worth every penny. Stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday night very noisy but quiet on Sunday. Nothing to dislike. This was our second stay at this hotel and will stay again. |

The view - this would appear to be all that you get for your money, however. Dirty windows, smear marks on bathroom wall above toilet, dirty paintwork generally, stains on backs of curtains, dust, stains on carpet, 3 hooks to hold curtain tie backs falling out of wall, toilet too near bathroom wall for ease of use, dirty tea/coffee mugs, broken freeview aerial - although it did work, poor sound insulation from double-glazed windows, no fridge which you would expect for price - where would you store your wine on a romantic break? Come to think of it, what would you drink it from as there were no glasses. No room service except for breakfast, which was extra, although inclusive in price if you ate it downstairs. Terrible value for the price and the room (Tower Suite 1) is clearly in need of an overhaul. |

I loved the hotel but wasn't too impressed with the fact we had to walk through the Gym area to get to the pool and had wished the pool was a bit warmer. But on the whole Fab Hotel and Fab location. |

The location was excellent, right on the sea front and close to the shops. Spacious 3 people room, could have slept 4. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was very noisy at night from the pubs. |

the hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable the hotel lacked attential to detail and was a little run down. our room was directly oposite a gentlemans club ,lap dancing club. this meant that their was a large amount of noise at night which kept us awake, therfore double glazing would have helped as it wouldwhen it rained as the windows leaked. it would have been nice to have been informed that we would ezperience a lot of nighttime noise |

Breakfast The hotel staff were not helpful or friendly. There were too many stairs and this should be stated in their information as the hotel is not pushchair friendly. There was no parking facilities for the guests, we had to park in a car park which cost us over £60 for 4 days. |

Location, the staff were very nice. No proper restaurant. Breakfast service very poor-not enough tables to serve all the guests. unable to park infront of the hotel to unload luggage due to staff cars? permanently blocking up the spaces. Spa looked unclean so was not tempted to use it. Room very shabby and basic. |

Arrived at hotel and all seemed very good. We did have a sea view but not quite what i expected fro over £200 for 2 nights. Because of location of room and that it is a listed building the windows were noisey and did not fit corrextly and made a constant whiostling noise, to the point at 3am where I had to ask for another room. The room we had was not the same standard but was quiet (at 3am) however due to location (bak of hotel near some bars) we moved back to the original room hoping the wind would drop. Room was clean expect a massive crack in the sink. |

It has a great location on the sea front and sea view rooms. The room was spacious and the bathrrom clean The carpet in the room had a few stains and looked rather old and worn. The bar is very expensive, and the breakfast was nothing spacial |

Lack of car parking and very expensive overnight parking in nearby Car Parks mean that we would not use this hotel for a one night stay again. If anyone is looking for a hotel for a holiday in Brighton and are using public transport, it would be O.K. but with little to distinguish it from any other seaside hotel. Central location on the sea front is good. Lack of own parking facilities. |

The location and the view! Very old windows and therefor very loud! I found it hard to sleep as Hotel faces a big road and I wondered why a Hotel at this category and price can't afford new windows..... |

Large rooms, well designed, light and airy. Exellent location Noise on a Saturday night! Was expecting it but it was entertainingly exessive. However the curved bay windows of the room we were in were so beautiful and should not be replaced sothat I do not know how you could do about this. |

The location and especially the Tower Suite room. Would definately book it again. No noise limit from night clubs. Raised voices all night and from my view the police had a very soft approach towards the party goers. |
