Space of room is ok. Rooms serviced every day. Breakfast is provided. Hotel staff is helpful. The hotel is rather old and run down. We had to open a few doors and walk a few steps to get to the room. Tough with big luggages. No carpark in the hotel , had to walk 5 mins to nearest carpark and it is expensive. The room feels dusty. It is beside the main road and super noisy at night from the car and pubs. Windows couldnt open and close properly. No ventilation in the room. The floor of one room was slopping and slanted.

The location is absolutely excellent. It's just next to the beach. Overall it's a great choice for brighton. Our room was a bit noisy during the night we stayed. And I expected the water in the swimming pool a bit fresher.

We had a triple room which was lovely and spacious. Windows could do with a clean, and general tart up needed on a few things. Curtains were damp stained but overall was happy.

Friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Room size, facilities & comfort (R 104). V Good bathroom & shower. Good free WiFi. Location - close to shops & pier. Did not visit / use the Leisure & Spa facilities. Décor slightly dated. Breakfast - food well cooked but choice limited, (no mushrooms, hash browns, black pudding & orange juice totally tasteless). Bit overpriced compared to other hotels I've stayed at - (locations other than Brighton).

I enjoyed the sea view from our room which was a very spacious twin room. As a bonus a sea view room is quiet compared to a rear facing room which can be noisy. The reception staff were very helpful and the staff in the breakfast room\restaurant were friendly and efficient, plus the location of the hotel is great. My fellow traveller and myself were a little disappointed with the quality of the breakfast. And a brighter light in the bathroom of our room would be a good idea.

Very handy for everything in Brighton, and near beach. Good big room with three beds and nice pool and good breakfast. A little noisy at night from the clubs nearby. We were warned about this so we took our chance. We really wanted a room with three beds .

The staff were on the most part very friendly, polite and helpful Room and bathroom was nice . Also the pool was lovely. I would definately stay again. The hotel accommodated our request to have a room on the 4th floor which was greatly appreciated. The starters selection isn't great. There should be a larger selection , we had an out of date menu which made us believe there was a wider selection. Another thing is the brown spots on the wall in the bathroom and between the shower glass . Better cleaning Should be done there, I.e vacuuming.

The location was great and I had a super view from my room. Staff was friendly and efficient. I had a good time in the swimming pool with my daughter. We enjoyed it. It was overall a good choice and if we have to go back we will probably try Queens again. A sort of a noise in the bedroom like if our room was next to a machine room. Also a bit too hot at night and could not find out if there was air-co so I had to open the window.

Great location - right by beach and 2-minutes to Lanes and pubs! Triple room was very spacious. Excellent breakfast. Triple room bathroom was very sparse (room 418): no shelves or towel rails (bizarre). Easy to sort….

Location Very poor facilities in main hotels. Definitely not suitable for anyone with a mobility problem - steps everywhere even in the bedroom corridors. Breakfast was manic as the bar doubled as 'restaurant' - plates whipped off the table so that you didn't linger - always a queue. Not a nice atmosphere.
