Staff were very helpful in terms of guidance using the gym and spa facilities, and giving information about what was available in Brighton. Catering staff were excellent. A jacuzzi within the spa would have been nice |

Good location, good breakfast Parts of the hotel were scruffy, whereas other parts were very nice. It all needs bringing to the same standard. |

It's location, the generous room-size, the genuine sea-view, the lobby/entrance area, the lifts I thought breakfast was a bit of a scrum |

staff were very helpful and polite. hotel and rooms were clean. great choice for breakfast and lovely view from bar/restaurant area where breakfast is provided. excellent location for beach, pier, shopping, pubs and clubs. huge gaps between the room door and floor. there was alot of noise from the streets in the early hours however this is to be expected for the location of the hotel. |

Liked the sauna and pool we asked for room with sea view but don't think the website warns that this may be noisy which it was with traffic and people.Disappointed that we could not eat in the hotel on our first night because chef was dealing with a party and we would have had to wait min half /hour for order to be taken |

To be fair, I only stayed with my family for one night as we were seeing a show at the Dome. We enjoyed the experience and plan to return sometime next year for a longer stay. The Hotel is in a fantastic location for just about everything !!. Also the food is 1st class. |

Breakfast choice was good, and the hotel location great for our needs, both for shopping and a concert at the Brighton Centre. The hotel was 'tired', and in desperate need of an update. Felt that the prices were inflated due to location, but the hotel didn't come up with the goods. |

I was offered a free upgrade as it was quiet mid week and i didnt even ask. I thought this was a very nice gesture and it also would encourage me to pay more for a sea view in the future as it was the icing on the cake. Thankyou for that . |

Free up grade which was most appreciatted.. Receptionist was extremely good, relaxed and efficient..Will be staying with you in future.. Tricky..but the breakfast was a bit dried out.. I know how hard it is to cater on mass & keep it fresh & still give good value. |

Clean, comfortable and a bargain as I got a good deal. The best thing was going for an icy October swim in the sea then within 3 minutes being in the hotel sauna. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, We were really impressed with having a choice of anything you could possibly want and being able to eat as much as you like. Good quality fruit juices and coffee along with croissants, cooked breakfast, fruit and yogurt really set us up for the day. We'll definitely be back. |

the location was brilliant for shopping and night life we stayed to the rear of the hotel and it was very noisey (outside a night club/bar) though this didnt bother me, some families or elderly couple might not like this. |

Friendly reception staff Noise at night from traffic and people in the street. We were very surprised that even though the windows were double glazed, the sound of sirens and revellers could be heard. 4 nights with interupted sleep has left us both exhausted and glad to leave. |

The dining-room had noisy wooden floors, o.k. for breakfast, but lacking in atmosphere and a big turn-off for dinner, especially with loud music, which should have been much quieter. |

The view was lovely and the bed was so comfy and clean. The size of the room was first class,so spacious and well laid out. The towels provided were lovely and soft and our breakfast was really enjoyable. The only criticism we have is of the shoddy paintwork around the windows, all flaking off and the poor condition of the bathroom. The bath panel was very battered and one of the shower taps was loose, the toilet roll holder was very loose and moved each time it was used. The cold tap made a terrible noise when turned on and the shelving around washbasin area was not of good standard.and had not been installed very well.,As it was a described as an executive room, the bathroom was very poorly appointed. |
