The bed was comfortable and the wifi was free. there was no hot water, the hotel was prone to noise invasion from the roads, so much so, it woke me up! |

We were upgraded to a sea view which added to the experience and the reception was efficient and very welcoming, the food was surprisingly good and the staff again were really charming and efficient. Sadly the room lacked personality or real luxury even though it was perfectly clean tidy and comfortable. |

The room was a really good size, and good value for money. Hotel location was right on the sea front. Unfortunately the hotel is right next to an incredibly noisy nightclub and doesn't have double glazing which means that if you are on the wrong side of the building you won't be sleeping before about 3am. The hotel must be aware of this as when we called reception to see if there was any other room we could stay in they said no as it was fully booked and brought up two sets of earplugs! |

Lack of Parking and no warning anywere about the excessive cost of parking may be worthwhile letting people know that its going to be £22.50 for 24hrs |

The location was excellent. Staff very friendly and polite. The room spotlessly clean and great views of the sea front. Breakfast had a fantastic choice and variety of food. A little noisey but only from traffic passing by. |

Friendly reception and good room cleaning. Breakfast OK Unfortunately the hotel is situated in the area used by young people for all night drinking etc. Some rooms are therefore very noisy. No sleep until 3.30 am. Hotel sympathetic and changed our room. Better but still not ideal. |

It was situated very conveniently for shopping and access to attractions in Brighton The rooms were dowdy, needed refurbishing, damp on ceiling and mould around bath. Parking was expensive unless you wanted to walk miles. |

We had a lovely sea-facing first-floor room which was quiet and very comfortable -excellent value. The hotel is in a very good location on the sea front but near to shops and restaurants so is very convenient. Would definitely stay again. |

We had a lovely big room with sea views. The location is ideal for exploring Brighton town and the sea front. The bar/restaurant area was lovely and modern looking and the staff were very helpful. |

Very central to the shopping areas and also lovely views from the sea facing rooms. Very clean and staff very efficient and helpful. Breakfast had a good buffet choice and the cooked food was well presented, hot and expertly cooked. The free WiFi was not available in the 3rd floor bedroom we stayed in - signal very weak. Worked in the lounges and bar. However this was pointed out by the staff and we could have a loan of a ethernet cable if desired (£5 deposit). |

the ability to access room before scheduled time the hotel backs onto nightclubs/pubs which are open to 3 am and due to the building being listed there is no double glazing and the noise level was extremely annoying and those that wanted to sleep could not. |

Te hotel was in a great location, our room was warm and very clean. There were two negative points about our stay, 1. the room had been newly decorated but the carpet was shabby.2. the shower had no pressure. The breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful. I would stay here again. |
