The quiet

The cold water in the bathroom.

the comfort, the cleanliness and the large sized rooms, overall it was great value for money, i'd recommend it to anyone willing to bear long bus and train trips from the hotel to the centre (45-60 minutes to oxford circus)

Room was very basic with minimal facilities Coach loads of students up and dowm the corridors banging room doors Breakfast was poor

it was very hot in the room even with the windows open. the water in the bathroom was overly hot and it was not stated what type of breakfast was with the booking.

Location in regards to the city

Attitude of security staff when we had a problem with our card key. Me and my girlfriend felt uncomfortable with the way he spoke and treated us. Also we did not get the room we requested, we asked for a double but got a triple single room.

The rooms weren't as clean as I'd like then to be on the second night we stayed.

-Distance from center of London. Need to count on 45 minutes (without waiting times) to reach Victoria station. 15min. walk to first station and 30 min.train to Victoria) Tip : Reduced day rate for traveling as of 9h30am, 8 iso 11GBP). -Outdated interior

excellent location, welcoming exterior and foyer. good budget price other family members booked rooms that were nice

My room cracked sink, no phone, toilet too close to wall, dirty/not clean. chair cover in breakfast area very dirty. trim in room coming off, rusty taps in bathroom, no spoons for tea/coffee. reception very unhelpful made me feel uncomfortable. needs a lick of paint on some floors. However the rest of my party seemed to get rooms that were of an acceptable standard for price paid. receptionist refused to move me and my daughter

rooms were very hot and we could not turn off the radiators, we asked at reception to have them turned off, they said they would but they never did

No hot water, no hair dryer in room and no breakfast due to so many guest

Location was quite good local shops and resturants close by.

Renovation going on inside the hotel. Most rooms were affected. No plugs in sinks or baths,shower heads dirty. Cracks in sink. Very poor decoration. All radiators on very warm.Breakfast advertised was Tea & Toast,extra to pay for anything cooked.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. It was very calm we could sleep well at night.

The location, great for victoria station, the free parking and being allowed to bring you own food to eat in the bar.

for the money there should be no complaints.
