The hotel’s main function room, the Balmoral Suite caters for up to 550 guests. With its own bar, toilet, staging and up to date light system, it makes an ideal venue for both private and business events.

All bedrooms can be reached by lift and are individually and comfortably furnished to provide the best of today's amenities, with en suite facilities. Additionally the hotel has stunning suites.

The Queens bar has an excellent reputation for great service. A standard continental breakfast is inclusive during your stay.

- Crystal Palace train station is 20 minutes by train from London Victoria or London Bridge stations.

By Bus:
- Take bus number 3 from Marble Arch to Crystal Palace.

Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking. For these, the hotel will charge one night's stay as a deposit on the booking date. Cancellation for group bookings will be 28 days, after this point the money will be non-refundable.
