“Location was good with plenty of restaurants, shops and transport terminals. Also, Hyde Park almost on the doorstep. Very Good! Already earmarked it as first choice for next visit providing the price remains at same level.”

Only the staff Warning Warning Warning I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and they were the worst days of my life. The hotel is full of BEDBUGS and had bites all over my body and showed them to the staff and spoke to the hotel manager. The manager took my email address while checking out of the hotel. Some of my friends advise to sue the hotel, but I am not that kind of people who takes advantage of these situations. I thought that the hotel will send me a letter apologizing for what happened. I believe that the hotel should be checked by the health department/ministry.

We travelled to london for fa cup final and had a great stay in this hotel. Location in bayswater was perfect, good value for money with buffet breakfast included in rate. Only issue wit room was we had no tv remote in room but when I switched on tv manually it didn't work anyway only a blue screen came on. It wasn't an issue really as we only slept in room and were out sight seeing all the time.

Location is nice, close to metro and bus station. Rooms' size is very-very small and it is not appropriate for two people, it is hard even wear clothes together in the room. The smell in bath was terrible, it was like cat's sheet.

A bit like a London Faulty Towers. Rooms so small and dark it is difficult to believe. The lift was like being in a small coffin!

The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was of good quality. The only problem was that on the night the room was very cold and made the stay uncomfortable. Other than that would stay again.

Reasonably clean and big room, Showers were very hot, Tv, tea, coffee, kettle, adjustable heating, Work was being done on the roof so celebrated 4/20 out on the ledge as the scaffolding was there. All you can eat breakfast. Very quiet, however we were pretty sleepy. Rooms a little dusty. Lifts are really small. That's about it really.

My sister suffers with clostrophobia and we were put on 4th floor, but the staff were excellent and moved us to ground floor, we would recommend the hotel to any of our family and friend staying in London. We look forward to staying with you again in the near future.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were given a room that had a broken window-would not close. Our first night stay was very uncomfortable. Our room was moved but no compensation was provided for the uncomfortable night.

The Hotel is in a good location, near Hyde Park and the Tube. When I arrived two hours after check-in time I was given a tiny basement room with 3 beds crammed in that hadn't even been prepared so when I returned to reception they gave me a different room that was better, but not brilliant. The reception staff seemed half-hearted and not over courteous.

Good location, handy for buses etc and local shopping area and parks. Staff were indifferent, I was left to carry my luggage to third floor while concergie stood in reception not even offered to put luggage in lift after I said I cant go in the lift myself. Poor quality mattress and breakfast with canned fruit and bad coffee

Easy to find as it was 5 minutes walk from bayswater station, the room was modern, clean and bright and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely, hot buffet style. I stayed for one night with my 9 year old son so we could sight see and do the museums, so it was perfect. Would stay there again
