The elevators are way too small. The breakfast was okay, however, it would be greatly improved if they offered cold cuts to accompany it. For customers checking into rooms in front of the hotel, the street noise from the smokers talking in front of the hotel can be a bit disturbing at night. |

Good employees with a great reception! The room was clean and practical! The neighborhood was wonderful and it was really easy to get to the tube. A lot of marketplaces around and good to walk even in the night. We reserved a room for 4 peaplo, and when we arrive on the hotel there were only three beds. They have to reorder it. |

Location was great. The building and the street where it was , nice. Underground and bus stops very close. Breakfast of bread, cereal, coffee or tea, canned fruit and juice, ok. Size of rooms too small. We stayed 7 nights, but have to change rooms because the mattress was not comfortable. |

Location There where cracks on the walls in our room and looked like it needed re doing also the furnishing + beds not so good! also on top floors the floor boards made a creaking sound which was annoying. A big factor is when you book for 3 you get given a small room, this was changed to ground floor room which was slightly better, so more good rooms for triple or double! |

cleanliness,&co oprative staff actually the room was very warm with no way to cool i.e. a fan for example,so you can consider it winter hotel, I think in summer it would be very warm, I asked for late check out at 6.00 pm but the policy of hotel is to pay a full day charge ,which is not applicable in 95% of hotels around the world |

Helpful staff - taxi was ordered for me in evening for the next morning and it came on time. Paper thin walls, everything from the corridor and other rooms can be heard, thus I slept with earplugs. |

A total lack o cleaningness of the room and specialy the bath - the water had no pression, we have made shower with drops of cold water (never hot or warm water), which make imposible for the cleaning lady to wash the bath after each guest. Very poor breakfast. |

It had a very good location, close to subway, buses, groceries, souvenir shops. It was pretty quiet. It is in bad need of renovation. Air conditioning would have been nice. We asked to be moved from the first room we were given, when a room became available. The desk staff said they didn't have computer accessibility and couldn't phone outside the hotel to get us airport info. |

The location was good. The room was cleaned properly. The price was good and they catered for 3 people rooms with three single beds. I had a basement room which was okay. They only provided continental breakfast. |

do not book in this hote unless you do not mind being waken up by th noise of workers who ae fixing the rooms nxt to yours, that the workers use your washroom and leave it dirty with your towel on the floor, and the receptionist and manager question your version of the event (of course there is no worker who acknowledged using the washroom of your room, however, the workers are given key passes to all rooms in the hotel...) .I asked to change room andwas offered the one right under the workers noise: not only was I not compensated for the disturb, the time waisted to pack, change room and unpack, but was laughted at by the hotel management treatment. It was a very unpleasant experience and would have cancel if I could have done. I would like to receive the contact email address of te owner or of the general management to officially complain . I knew it was not a 5 star hotel but I did expect to be treated better and not to be given a room next to other rooms that were being remade (bathroom re done, walls demolished etc)The fact that there were other rooms available confirms the fact that this hotel really does not care about the clients but only about the payment for the rooms. |

Close to tubestation Qweensway, on Central line. Luckily did not spend too much time in the room. Room was small and packed. No airco, so was hot. Not enough shelves to pack the clothes(stayed only for a long weekend). The bed was on brakeless wheels, so it slided from the slightest move. Breakfast is poor, no variety. Room was cleen, but the small yard our window was facing was covered with disgusting dirt. |
