“Location was good with plenty of restaurants, shops and transport terminals. Also, Hyde Park almost on the doorstep. Very Good! Already earmarked it as first choice for next visit providing the price remains at same level.”

Only the staff Warning Warning Warning I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and they were the worst days of my life. The hotel is full of BEDBUGS and had bites all over my body and showed them to the staff and spoke to the hotel manager. The manager took my email address while checking out of the hotel. Some of my friends advise to sue the hotel, but I am not that kind of people who takes advantage of these situations. I thought that the hotel will send me a letter apologizing for what happened. I believe that the hotel should be checked by the health department/ministry.

although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable for a 1 or 2 night stay. breakfast was included and was ok. the ensuite shower room was a good size and clean. it has the smallest lift i have ever seen, it did work though. sausages were not nice, they could do much better for the same money

Nothing just location The room was extremely small nothing like the one on the website, i spoke with the reseption guys they told me they are night shift and every thing is booked and there is nothing they can do, i end up in an extra small room where we were putting our bags in the toilet as no space for it, i end up with depression and bad vecation

It was convenient to where I wanted to be The bedroom was very small although very clean with good on-suite facilities. The breakfast was OK but the eating area was small and it was often difficult to accommodate all those wishing to eat.

The location was ideal for our night at The Royal Albert Hall. We could see the hotel was under refurbishment, and we stayed in a newly decorated room. The fact that the towels lookes a bit tatty and were to small, and that the phone was not connected to call down to reception, and not enough toilet roll.

The location was ideal, proximity to west end. Value for money and the staff are pleasant, the breakfast is excellent. Decor is a little dated and the space is small.

We booked in January a twin room and when we arrived in May the room we were allocated was a double. I was travelling with a friend so did not want a double room due to the fact we were doing the London Moonwalk so wanted a twin room so we got a good night sleep after our walk. We complained to the hotel reception who told us there was nothing they could do ! Why book a twin and then get a double !!!

We were swapped rooms three times because the 1st room was so horrible and tiny and didn't even have a window and it stunk. The seconded room was better, it still smelled damp however... We were about to get into bed until we notice big yellow stains in the covers... They had obviously not changed them or had not washed them at a high enough tempture!! It was disgusting!!! .... We then got moved to the last room were to be honest wasn't great either and but it was late and we had just arrived so we took it anyway. I would never in a million years stay here again!! The while hotel was terrible! Littrally made me sick! The lifts were so small and smelly!! Yuk!!!!! Horrible place!!!

My stay at your hotel was perfect and |I really enjoyed my stay. Accommodation wass first class, comfortable and warm. The staff were all excellent and they all went out of their way to help and make sure my stay went first class. When I was assaulted outside the hotel last Thursday night the 2 receptions/porters treated my injury and couldn't do enough to make sure I was OK. Since returning home I have has to have 6 stitches to my injured hand.

Ok for one night, but would not stay longer. Good location to queensway tube. Rooms small, and walls seemed paper thin. A very poor nights sleep with doors banging in the hallway until the early hours. Beds not particularly comfortable.

I liked the location. I had booked to go to Kensington Palace and the location was ideal. i also liked the proximity to Kensington Gardens and to the restaurants on Queensway. It was also close to Queensway Underground Station. I was not happy with the location of the first room offered me on the lower ground floor. This was immediately rectified and I was placed on the 5th floor. I felt the hotel and soft furnishings were in need of a bit of care and attention. The hems of the curtains in my room were hanging down. This would not have cost the earth to rectify and the fastenings of the net curtains to the rail above were broken. This would have cost virtually nothing to put right but would have made the room look completely different. The rooms were basic but adequate. That is what I expected for the price I was paying. I had read on the internet that the lifts were minute and unstable. Yes they were small but they worked fine and I did not have to wait long for one to arrive. Breakfast was OK. Nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about. Everything in the bedroom worked - the lights, the shower and the hairdryer. I think on the whole this hotel represented value for money. I would recommend it to friends on a budget. Whether I would stay again is debatable.

Location was great 2 tube stations within 5-10mins walk, and plenty shops including Tesco and Sainsburys. Lift 1 was very very small

Hotel is near to underground and bus station Very dusty and dirty. I felt indisposed. This hotel is dusty and not suitable for the people who suffered dust allergy. Lift is incredibly small and prefered stairs. Normally I don't stay again.
