It had running - just about I would not stay at this hotel again until it was fully renovated and indeed finished! Incomplete building works and exposed walls are unacceptable - irrespective of how cheap it was !

Location Everything else, from surly staff to uncomfortable tatty rooms, unpublicised work being done whilst you're trying to sleep, shocking breakfast and the most arrogant manager its ever been my misfortune to come across. It's an absoloute mystery to me how this place remains open, one of the worst experiences I have ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world, absolutely awful.Asked for a refund, haven't even the decency to reply, terrible terrible establishment, can't explain how angry it makes me to even think of the complete disregard for peoples comfort and safety and wellbeing whilst staying at their premises,a real 0/10 if ever there was one

Did not like the first room given as it was too small.however the staff changed us to a nice room and we were very happy and would stay again As above room 308 was not exceptable. But room 100b was lovely. Otherwise have no other complaints staff were very helpful including the cleaning staff.

The rooms were very clean and the towels were changed daily. It was very close to both Bayswater and Queensway stations. The rooms were very small, thus a bit overpriced.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and staff had thought to open the window to let fresh air in before I arrived. I arrived early, the gentleman who took my bags to store was very friendly and helpful. When I checked in later in the afternoon, he recognised me and got my bags for me immediately.

Location was good Room was tiny, with a bed you had to climb over. It was snowing outside at the time so we put the radiator on but the bed was in direct contact with it and I burnt myself on it. Breakfast was hit and miss, not replenished enough. The lifts were really something to see. So small we travelled one at a time!
