Queens Park Hotel48 Queensborough Terrace, Bayswater, Bayswater, W2 3SJ London (Show map) Review score 6.5 Score from 1846 reviews“Location was good with plenty of restaurants, shops and transport terminals. Also, Hyde Park almost on the doorstep. Very Good! Already earmarked it as first choice for next visit providing the price remains at same level.”

Only the staff Warning Warning Warning I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and they were the worst days of my life. The hotel is full of BEDBUGS and had bites all over my body and showed them to the staff and spoke to the hotel manager. The manager took my email address while checking out of the hotel. Some of my friends advise to sue the hotel, but I am not that kind of people who takes advantage of these situations. I thought that the hotel will send me a letter apologizing for what happened. I believe that the hotel should be checked by the health department/ministry.

Friendly helpful staff.Location very good. This hotel is only good for the young and very fit.. The movie The Shining comes to mind, it's a maze of narrow steps up, down and around, with luggage in tow, better to go up and drag it down (no assistance) half of the hotel has been renovated, wooden floors, bed crammed up against the wall, safe did not work and open windows for air!! take turns while moving around in the room, bathroom has no plug for razor, and bath products smell like lice shampoo, take your own !! shower very narrow,no baths in entire hotel,no bar..breakfast ok.Would recommend for short stay, business and people with light luggage..

The staff was nice and the room was really clean. There are two elevators (if they can be even called elevators!). Their sizes are microscopic in comparison to a normal elevator and if you think you may have claustrophobia - stay away!!! I was almost forced into the the smallest one with my mum by this staff guy who was saying "yeah, it's big enough, don't worry" and by the time I realized I'm terrified by the lack of space the doors closed. These elevators are also very slow which didn't make the trip to the fourth floor any easier... The bigger one is not better - two people is all it can take without having to hug and rub against other people. So from then on we were usually taking the stairs. In addition to that there are works carried out in the hotel and it's really noisy! And nobody warns you about that at any point of booking the room! So if you want to sleep longer than till 8am pick a different hotel!

we had a lovely breakfast, the room needs a fresh coat of paint on the walls and the window needs a lock on it apart from that it was a comfortable stay.

This hotel was good value for money. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. The breakfast was great. My wife and stayed for 3 nights which was fine for our needs and budget. Thanks. The only complaint with this hotel was the breakfast area was a little small and we had to wait for a table every morning. Some people criticise this type of hotel and although there are areas which could benefit from improvement I thought the hotel was more than adequate for a 3 night city break. If people want 5* pay the money for 5*

This is more than a complaint and something which, in the service you provide, you should know about. Our room was infested with bed-bugs. We were woken in the night by them biting us and we found the beds and nearby walls covered in bugs which made bright blood stains on the pillows and sheets when we killed them. We had at least thirty bites each on our hands and arms, faces and necks, and these bites are still swollen, inflamed and itchy four days afterwards.

Location and price Hotel under refurbishment and our new room still very small not big enough for a double bed - bathroom adequate but needed better lighting to shave by and a shelf for toiletries. Shower very easily can overflow as drainage poor.Heated towel rail was for decoration only as Manager advised they weren't wired up to work. No bedside lighting and overhead lighting very bright. Again no room for bedside table. Very old lift - room for two only. It all may improve let's hope so as the location is good.

Every thing Ok, had all we needd. Room/shower room were very small. Had to take turns to move about. No surfaces to put anythig down particulaly in shower room. No outlook except scaffolding. Breakfast was nice and hot but slightly chaotic with everyone milling about. Glad we only had one night in that particular room. At least being down the side of building it was quiet

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Its a very bad hotel, the rooms are really poor, breakfast is extremely bad, elevators are a disaster that you can keep waiting for them for 5 minutes and not be able to go on it as its very small and takes only four people.

Great location. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as presented, more like a 2 star. Smallest room I have ever stayed in. The safe didn't work, only 5 tv channels. Very thin walls. Creaking floor. No fridge/minibar Probably the smallest elevator in the world, could just fit the two of us and 1 bag, very claustrophobic. The breakfast buffet actually had canned fruit.

Location is great. I spend about two night a week in a hotel in a London and the Queens Park is probably my worst experience so far. I had booked a single room (403a). The carpet was stained. Tv was not working properly, asked the receptionist to fix it but he told me to reinstall the channels (which I did but it didnt fix anyhing). The sink plug was stucked in the close position letting very little water flow out. No ac. An intermittent noise (the lift?) kept me up all night. Didnt try the breakfast as all I wanted was to get out of there. At least two persons on that night had problems with their booking (cancelled and couls not be found). Do not recommend.

Very help full staff. Comfortable hotel with excellent food. Close to main rail station and the under ground. Short distance from the parks and all of the main attractions for the centre of London. I would definitely like to stay at Queens Park Hotel again and would recommend it to anyone. R. F. R. Chapman. A satisfied customer.
