Huone oli hyvän kokoinen, erittäin siisti ja rauhallisella paikalla.

Kun saavuimme hotelliin klo 14 jälkeen, meidät ohjattiin ensin väärään huoneeseen (liian vähän sänkyjä ja siivous kesken!). Vierailumme aikana Internet-yhteys ei toiminut, vessassa putket tukossa, aamiainen surkea ja palvelu todella epäkohteliasta.

very friendly staff comfortable room

could not adust height of shower attachment. bathroom got flooded. no kettle lead available for tea /coffee in room.

The staff where miserable, they offered internet accesss and the
computer didnt work because it was slow yet no one offered assistace or
an apology, the room was small and the hall way to reach it dark and
intimidating

Location is good

The room was very small, not worth the price I paid. The continental breakfast was really poor and didnt even have yoghurt...

the weather was fantastic and the sheets were clean and the hotel was warm.

tired & battered hotel. unsuitable for disabled-lifts struggled to hold 2 standing or 1 & a suitcase-no evening meals available.no bar.no real chance of escape if there was a fire.... fire doors propped open with extinguishers. On the 4th floor there was no map in our room to show emergency exits...stairs were dangerous several carpet grips were loose & landing carpet lifted in places to trip over
