Friendly, courteous staff Excellent standard of cleanliness in room and en-suite Acceptable breakfast with fair choice
Cups in bedroom too small for tea/coffee. Toaster in breakfast area a bit temperamental. Would suggest providing choice between a cup or a mug for drinks - again cups on the small side.
-Good price for multiple night stay. -Very cute, bustling neighborhood. -Very close to Tube entrance.
-Wifi did not work. -Unreliable electricity. My U.S. converter EXPLODED next to my head! -Elevators do not reach every floor. Had to carry multiple heavy bags up stairs. -Very small rooms
Location Price inclusive of breakfast Adequate size room there was a double and a single bed
En-suite shower was very small The carpet was very shabby Everything that was served for breakfast came out of a tin except the scrambled egg, the fruit juice had no taste and no decaffeinated tea or coffee Would not have wanted to stay more than one night, more like a motel than a hotel!
Hotel was In a good location convenient to the tube station. Breakfast was good.
Rooms small and warm. There was an aircon unit in the room but it was not very good.
the staff are very rude, the old interiors, the AC doesn't work
it's value of money
not enough air, so it feels hot. when you open the window, it was noisy in early morning.
Adequate sized room, clean and well-presented, with FST TV, tea/coffee and en-suite. Quiet location. Good breakfast selection. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Only room light is at one end of room and bed at other, with no bedside lamp. En-suite could do with shaving light as the recessed roof lights do not give adequate illumination.
No toiletries. Very small selection of TV channels. Small, narrow corridors. Bit overpriced for what it offers
Cleanliness, tidy, good location (walking distance from Bayswater & Queensway tube station), friendly staff.
My room was on first floor and right next to the street. It was noisy on the street at night time and people walking in the hallway can be easily heard (no sound proof). So make sure at check-in, you don't get this kind of room.
1.Location 2 Breakfast decent - although mostly tinned products
1 Showers drain very slowly 2 Springs from bed sticking into back 3 No ventilation 4 Staff rude
Nice and clean
Location, staff, price tag, cleanliness, comfort and amenities (the room had everything a more costly hotel would have - refreshments, hairdryer, toiletries).
Laminated floor instead of carpet. Basement room. Decor a bit tired.
Proximity to tube station and good shopping area. Good selection of restaurants
Cramped room. Spartan dining area Basic selection for breakfast
The Location of the Hotel - very Close to tube and bus as well as parks. Bathroom very good equipped
the room was so small that even wasn't possible to open the suitcase aside the bed
Great location to park and city, helpful staff, good breakfast.
Older building needs updating as rooms overlooking street need double glazing to reduce excessive noise between midnight and 3am - not fault of hotel but street appears to be a thoroughfare for traffic and an area for partying.
*Well thought modern interior design. *Clean shower & toilet facility. *Comfort bed, room.
*Constant noise (banging trash bin - dragging something heavy) from outside in the morning from 7am till 9am. *No air conditioning in the room.
Lucky to check in earlier after 24 hour flight.
Room uncomfortably hot..window was open all day.. There was a lot of door banging throughout the night. I asked for some ice suggested I went to the shopping centre... Generally the hotel looked very tired.
We liked the buffet breakfast and we had clean white sheets and towels.
Didn't like creaking floorboards they were really bad. Also think rooms could do with painting walls quite dirty
Room size, noise, wi-fi connection, unfriendly staff, monotonous breakfast.
Location was excellent, very close to an entrance to Hyde Park, a tube station and a secure carpark. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Room was excellent, plenty of space for 3 adults in a triple bedded room.
Lovely breakfast. Value for money. Clean.
Shower hose was split so the shower didn't work. When I reported it the staff didn't listen.
Location is fine and the front desk people were nice
Mould in the showers and very small room.
Staff were pleasant. Location was good.
Lino on floors, no air con, no fridge, only just 3 star. Very narrow winding corridors - difficult with luggage. Asked to be moved from first room. Prices change dramatically on demand so cannot book for one night and assume other nights will be the same price
The area the hotel was in
the room was small dark and dingy. Could feel the coils in the mattress. Serious lack of sleep rooms not displayed properly, very confusing. Carpets and décor need replacing etc
Location, especially close to stations. Quite room
Warm nights without ac and dodgy Windows
