The bed was comfy
Rooms too small with expensive charge.no free wifi as well!
Location, Breakfast and luggage room
The staff were disorganised and unapologetic, kept us standing for close to 30 mins before they finally figured out which room was ours.
Location Cheap (£54 for one night including breakfast)
Area of hotel is great - very close to 2 tube stations
No free wifi
The queens park has a great place near Oxford street in front of Hyde park. The room are nice a little bit small but enought for a couple The bathroom is clean and large
the room had been never weep in a week
Good value deal Very good breakfast
No bedside lamp Bed that moved across the floor Uncomfortable mattress
Location and price £45 for 1 nite with breakfast
Too hot radiator on all the time it is december and we slept with window open all nite without a duvet
Value for money. Good breakfast
Needs updating, decorating and new beds
The location was perfect•
There was a horrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom that made us want to avoid the bathroom and the room itself• we also had to ask for a second set of pillows for the room to be able to sleep comfortable
Staff were very helpful
Dark and pokey with poor maintenance
Cramped room; twin beds, no hanging space, vast improvement needed on updating & modernising.
Room was large
Was given a basement room
The hoteal is conveniently situated close to central and circle line for easy access to many central locations. The rooms are fairly clean and are tidied daily as you would expect. Bathrooms are well presented. Breakfast is good with a fair choice.
The room we had was tiny, you just had room to walk around double bed. No drawers to unpack clothes, 1 tiny wardrobe with 4 hangers! Safe did not work, only needed 4 batteries but they would not replace them. Mattress was old and dirty although it had a clean mattress protector. Overall disappointing for price. Expected better.
Ease of booking
The staff were not that professional and their communication was not clear. Internet access should be included within the costs as most travellers require it to enhance their visit whether for business or pleasure.
Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Substantial breakfast Rooms very warm and cosy.
Mattress was not comfy. Toilet was leaking(not much) But we will be back!
Tiny room. Not enough space to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom...... only inches between bed and wardrobe
Small tiny super tiny room,w couldnt even open our suitcase!!
Nice central place for main attractions close to a transport both buses and underground. Clean and average breakfast fair price too
Bed was hard and caused me back pain... home was to hot and heating could not be turned down. Domestic sink in room but water not working lose tile in bathroom. Breakfast was standard but the set up was an accident waiting to happen as no room to move where the toasters and hot drinks were.... left luggage and charged to do so the amount wasn't the issue but the fact that we were told left at our own risk very strange....
Place was clean and comfortable.
The staff on reception desk did not smile or greet you with a hello, seemed bored with their job. The room needed a coat of paint. Room was too small for too adults would have been okay as a single room.
Good room with fridge and microwave. Good size bathroom
No licensed bar at hotel
Room decorated nicely and location excellent for seeing london or accessing tube and lots of nice bars and restaurants close by.
Room was very very small with two beds crammed in. Bathroom was not cleaned well and the hotel in general was tired. Breakfast was awful. When you are paying £80 a night you expect a decent breakfast. Horrendous sausages and eggs , cheapest possible ingredients served in a buffet style disgusting breakfast room that is reminiscent of school dinners . Hotel is ok but not worth the money.
Location was perfect.
The smell in the bathroom.
Breakfast was was and location is conveniently located so near to the Malaysian Hall and within short walking distance from 2 train stations.
Front desk staff needs training in personal etiquette and customer relationship. The bed quality needs improvement.
Great location close to tube stations
Basic breakfast. Most of the staff did not speak English apparently!. Asked for sink plug and laundry list and bag, but never received, despite staying for 5 nights.
