他のお客さんからのレビューどおりでエレベーターが狭かったです。 室数も多いので仕方ないのですが、奥の方の部屋だったので、チェックイン、チェックアウト時の荷物運びが少- し苦労しました。 |

かなり 老朽化している。 部屋にチェーンロックが無く、セキュリティーボックスが壊れていて使用できなかった。オイルヒーターもつか- ない、バスタブがあっても、お湯すら出ない、フロントに問い合わせてもらちが明かないで論外でした。 |

駅からも近いし便利で、感じも悪くなかった。 ドアが薄いせいか、廊下での足音や喋り声、扉が閉まる音がとてもうるさく感じた。扉はオートロックだが、午- 後荷物を置きに戻った時に内側の鍵を閉めていなかったら、２度ほど掃除のスタッフの人がマスターキーで入っ- てきた。掃除が完全に終わっていなかったからのようだがビックリした。 |

The location was great but everything was pretty rubbish. The room was tiny, the bathroom was ridiculously small, the tea and coffee were not replaced much, everything was a bit haphazard really. Didn't ruin our trip but wasn't a good hotel at all. |

Good facilities in the room, good bathroom, breakfast sufficient, nice staff on reception The lifts are horrifying - the smallest cupboards ever! Workmen were painting and sanding outside my room for the duration of our week long stay which was noisy and disruptive - although I appreciate this probably could not be avoided. |

The proximity to the Central and District Line tube stations is the best selling point of this hotel. In addition, the rooms were clean and the included breakfast was very good. I had asked for two adjoining single rooms in a quiet part of the hotel. The rooms we were given were not next door to each other and looked out the front of the hotel, on to the road, which was far from quiet most of the night! The single rooms we were given were totally different: in mine there was a hairdryer, a telephone, milk and coffee, a safe which didn't work, no chair and no knobs on the radiator (therefore, no heat for the duration of my stay). In my father's room there was a chair, no hairdryer, no telephone, no milk and coffee, a safe which worked and a functional radiator. Despite reporting these anomalies, nothing was done to put them right, so for that reason I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. |

I really enjoyed the location near Hyde Park and the very calm room to the backyard. Compared to other hotels or accommodations in London, the room was quite amply and really charming, bright, always very tidy, with fresh bed linen and towels every day. The waterboiler for preparing tea on one's room is a nice service. A further plus factor is the close-by Central Line station and the contiguousness of the Paddington train station (Heathrow Airport Express). Excellent cost-performance ratio. The loudly closing (fireproof) doors of each room and bathroom may be bothersome at night - it depends on the regard of your neighbours. Those who rather prefer a picky breakfast (fresh pressed orange juice, delicate English tea ..) should take it elsewhere. |

The elevators are way too small. The breakfast was okay, however, it would be greatly improved if they offered cold cuts to accompany it. For customers checking into rooms in front of the hotel, the street noise from the smokers talking in front of the hotel can be a bit disturbing at night. |

Good employees with a great reception! The room was clean and practical! The neighborhood was wonderful and it was really easy to get to the tube. A lot of marketplaces around and good to walk even in the night. We reserved a room for 4 peaplo, and when we arrive on the hotel there were only three beds. They have to reorder it. |

Location was great. The building and the street where it was , nice. Underground and bus stops very close. Breakfast of bread, cereal, coffee or tea, canned fruit and juice, ok. Size of rooms too small. We stayed 7 nights, but have to change rooms because the mattress was not comfortable. |

Location There where cracks on the walls in our room and looked like it needed re doing also the furnishing + beds not so good! also on top floors the floor boards made a creaking sound which was annoying. A big factor is when you book for 3 you get given a small room, this was changed to ground floor room which was slightly better, so more good rooms for triple or double! |
