室数も多いので仕方ないのですが、奥の方の部屋だったので、チェックイン、チェックアウト時の荷物運びが少- し苦労しました。

ホームページの詳細と実際の部屋の内容が違った。

かなり　老朽化している。

部屋にチェーンロックが無く、セキュリティーボックスが壊れていて使用できなかった。オイルヒーターもつか- ない、バスタブがあっても、お湯すら出ない、フロントに問い合わせてもらちが明かないで論外でした。

フロントのスタッフはすごくフレンドリーで親切で、不快に感じるようなことは全くありませんでした。部屋は- 縦長で、スーツケースを置いて開いてしまうと身動きが取れなくなってしまうような感じでした。ですが、部屋- には液晶の薄型テレビがあるし、シャワーもトイレもとてもお洒落で綺麗で素敵だったし、ホテルは駅からも公- 園からも近いし、この価格でこの広さ、この設備、このロケーションの部屋というのはかなり良いのでは？と思- いました。ただ、部屋によってはバスタブがあったり、お洒落で新しい感じの部屋ではなかったりするようです- …。朝食はシンプルで、トーストや丸パン、クロワッサン、フルーツ、シリアルなどでしたが、とっても美味し- かったです。ロケーションも良く、ぜひまた泊まりたいです！！

I really enjoyed the location near Hyde Park and the very calm room to the backyard. Compared to other hotels or accommodations in London, the room was quite amply and really charming, bright, always very tidy, with fresh bed linen and towels every day. The waterboiler for preparing tea on one's room is a nice service. A further plus factor is the close-by Central Line station and the contiguousness of the Paddington train station (Heathrow Airport Express). Excellent cost-performance ratio.

The loudly closing (fireproof) doors of each room and bathroom may be bothersome at night - it depends on the regard of your neighbours. Those who rather prefer a picky breakfast (fresh pressed orange juice, delicate English tea ..) should take it elsewhere.

The elevators are way too small. The breakfast was okay, however, it would be greatly improved if they offered cold cuts to accompany it. For customers checking into rooms in front of the hotel, the street noise from the smokers talking in front of the hotel can be a bit disturbing at night.

Location was great. The building and the street where it was , nice. Underground and bus stops very close. Breakfast of bread, cereal, coffee or tea, canned fruit and juice, ok.

Size of rooms too small. We stayed 7 nights, but have to change rooms because the mattress was not comfortable.

City sightseeing, shopping, parties, nightlife

The rooms are pretty tiny and the tv does not work properly

The comfort of the room. It was small yet it was adequate for me. The staff was prompt to respond when I had a question or need.

Got a big and comfortable room.

Bad isolation between the rooms ... we heard everything people in the neibouring room said.

Really close to queensway underground, 10 minutes walking to Marble Arch and Oxford street, room clean, staff 24h.

No english breakfast but only continental.

being charged twice for my stay, although it was only pre aproval and was not taken from my account, i could not withdraw it untill i rang to complain and they said they do it with all bookings :(

Helpful staff - taxi was ordered for me in evening for the next morning and it came on time.

Paper thin walls, everything from the corridor and other rooms can be heard, thus I slept with earplugs.
