really was the most unpleasent experience I had with hotels in the last 20 years; just to mention some points:the room had about 8sqm!! so two persons can hardly moved in it,the lift didn't wok for 4 days,we had no towels one evening and when we called reception they ask us to go there to take them.... |

the weather was fantastic and the sheets were clean and the hotel was warm. tired & battered hotel. unsuitable for disabled-lifts struggled to hold 2 standing or 1 & a suitcase-no evening meals available.no bar.no real chance of escape if there was a fire.... fire doors propped open with extinguishers. On the 4th floor there was no map in our room to show emergency exits...stairs were dangerous several carpet grips were loose & landing carpet lifted in places to trip over |
