There was a rat or something in the wall which I heard during the night. The staff member on duty on the 13th was very rude, unprofessional and deliberatley lied to me with regards to taking payment from my credit card where I asked him to take it as cash payment from me.The assist. divisional manager and other reception staff was very good and much nicer to deal with. very noisy in the hotel |

Excellent location, near of metro station Paddington and Hyde Park. Nice room (big, clean, nice furniture and with some kindness details like tea and coffee machine). The breakfast is very poor, just bread, butter, coffee, milk. We felt deceived. |

The room was a nicely decent sized room. The bathroom was freezing with not heating and the breakfast options were quite poor - we did not make use of our 'breakfast included' because of this. |

Good location, breakfast It would be good if the towels were changed more often. The lift is only to the 3rd floor. |

Proximity to Paddington Station The drinking glass was clearly wiped out with a rag and still had smudge marks and finger prints on it. Makes me wonder how well it is cleaned especially when you see the maid cart with not a single glass on it. You have to ask yourself how well other things are cleaned? The waste basket was also full when I got into the room. Free broadband was good, but it wasn't wireless. |

The staff was very positive. I was given a twin room for more comfort, though booked single. The room was clean and had teapot facilities, which is always welcome in a hotel. I was also provided an adapter for the plug upon my request (UK uses a different standard for their plugs), otherwise I would have not been able to use my laptop. The stops of the elevator are between the floors of the rooms, so I had to carry my baggage half a floor up on the stairs. This is strange, but still better then no elevator at all, which is the situation of some of the hotels in the neighbourhood. The wifi signal was available in the WC only, the rest of the room had no coverage. |

The location of the hotel near Paddington, friendly staff and cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was rather austere, and the toiletries in the bathroom were below the standard one might expect in a london hotel. |

The television had Sky Sports News. The size of the bathroom. This was, to be generous, very small. |

It was central and suited my needs for 1 night,I travel 3 times a year to London for meetings near Marble Arch. the hotel is also very convenient for Heathrow express I did not like my single room being on the 4th floor as there is only a lift to the 3rd floor and the stairs leading to the 4th floor were narrow and winding very difficult to negotiate with a case as I am in my 60's it is unlikely I will use the hotel again for this reason |

This hotel is very convenient for both tube (Lancaster Gate & Paddington) and main-line rail services (Paddington), and is a short walk to Hyde Park. Rooms are compact but very clean, with friendly service at reception and breakfast. Ideal for those on a smaller budget. The rooms are a little on the small size, which is to be expected, but this isn't really a problem. |

Free internet connection. Could leave my lagguage at the reception on the last day. Reception arranged me a taxi to the airport. Breakfast OK - toast with coffee - the same as home. Very tiny room - almost problem to move in it. |

Great location, 2-3 minutes walk to Paddington station, nice area. Close to Oxford street with all the shops. The hotel is generally ok, but the bathroom is extremely small. Very poor breakfast. |

I liked that it wasnt to far away from a tube station and there are food courts in the area. the bed was so uncomfortable and broken. The springs were digging out of the mattress. i had a really bad night sleep. The unfriendly receptionist gave us a new room which was up in the attic. We stayed put because for one night it was a lot of hassle to move rooms. Where as just changing the mattress would have been more appropriate. |
