Very good,
Score from 167 reviews
“ I liked being upgraded to a suite upon my arrival. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The internet worked fine and the free private parking lot was large and secure. The restaurant at the hotel served food that tasted very good for my evening meal and breakfast was also very good each morning. The staff were very friendly asked if everything was ok. ”

Staff and Manangement were excllent Room very comfortable Food good One downside. We tayed an extra night to enable us to visit a local attraction. Returned to ou room mid-morning to deposit soe things n our room only to find that not only was our room door wedged open with all or belongings inside, including a Laptop and an i-pod, bt so were all the other rooms with not a member of staff in sight. We found this to be most dis-unacceptable. Would the Hotel have paid for replacements had our hings been stolen?

Receptionists: friendly, helpful, smart and thoroughly pleasant ladies. They represent the hotel very well. Proximity to town centre Lack of sound insulation. The noise of the water running in the shower in the adjoining bedroom was plainly heard, footfall in the corridors was loud and intrusive, especially early in the morning

I was nervous to go for breakfast on my own, the receptionist brought me room service and was really polite and understanding. It was very quiet through the night The decor of the room was a bit old fashioned for my liking but I was only there for one night

the staff were lovely and did everything they could to help us - the rooms were great with big beds and good facilities. The breakfasts were great and the meal we had in the hotel on the night of our arrival was excellent. We would recommend and go back. nothing to dislike - it all worked well for us.

I liked being upgraded to a suite upon my arrival. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The internet worked fine and the free private parking lot was large and secure. The restaurant at the hotel served food that tasted very good for my evening meal and breakfast was also very good each morning. The staff were very friendly asked if everything was ok. I stayed for two nights at this hotel. On the second morning I contacted the house keepers and the lady at the front desk concerning the shower temp. Control not working properly. I was allowed to shower in another room with a shower that was poor at best. The owner of the hotel was told of this problem but he did nothing to fix it. Upon check out,he apologized saying he did not want to disturb me to make the repair, no adjustment was made on my bill as I left the hotel without showering the second day. He offered me a bottle of wine and I declined. I felt sorry for those people who work so hard there to make things good for the guest, only to have a boss who apparently does not care enough to do the proper thing. This was very irritating especially since I had contacted staff 2 or 3 times and they were aware of the problem.

The receptionist was excellent really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. After a 3,5 hour journey being told to hurry up and order my evening meal !!! not what you want to hear....possibly that member of staff could do with some training......
