We were made very welcome at check-in and pleased to be offered a room up-grade on arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a bath, as requested. Unfortunately, we were unable to sample the dinner menu due to invitations from friends

Comfortable room/bed Friendly welcome on arrival Friendly staff Good food Plenty of on site parking White & Rose wine not cold enough - opened bottles were not kept in the fridge. Bar man was friendly and helpful, but not very proffessional I.E. Tia Maria was served in a half pint glass.

Friendly service, value for money comfortable and very customer friendly hotel. We were upgraded to an executive room without asking. The evening meal offered were value for money either British or a taste of India. We would stay there again if our travels take us within the City of Leicester Connobation

The hotel was ideally situated for our business visit, offering value for money, helpful staff and a pleasant environment. Bathroom was comfortably large, but with aged fittings, the shower in need of replacement.

An upgrade from a single room to an executive room was most welcome. Was also nice to be able to take my key with me when I went out. Particularly helpful as I didn't return until 5am when it was freezing cold. No worries about being left outside. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room along with biscuits. Some have said it looks dated. Having spent many nights in Premier Inns which look laboriously the same, it made a nice change to see something that looked older than a day old.

Quiet location with plenty of parking Rooms very dated and finish is very poor including very low quality toilet seats and wet room that stays very wet due to poor drainage. We stayed in a twin room and the quilts aren't as big as the bed. The pillows are particularly uncomfortable. Despite all this we had a pleasant stay.

Indian menu in resturant expensive and poor choice and quality of food, Bar prices over priced paid £1.60 for 500ml bottle of still water English Breakfast over cooked and therefore poor to eat. considering i was one of two tables and the only guest staying that night all in all very poor.Woudn't stay again, prefer to stay at Premier Inn and travel in to venue.
