Lovely little hotel, only 4 rooms. Ours was great. Nice bathroom, everything you could need. Drinks tray, and lovely soft towells. Very comfortable bed. Can be a little noisy but it is in the centre of a city so just what you would expect. Pub below is well stocked, staff very, very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast with excellent choice. All in all a great stay - our 2nd and we look forward to our 3rd later this year. |

Good location, and staff was kind. Coffe and pot were preparated in the room. I could relax in the bathroom. I recommend the pub in the grand floor. The next bub was nosy especially at the weekend. |

The room was very comfortable but small. The shower unit was very good. The continental breakfast was substantial with brown bread and cranberry juice available. The bread was lovely and fresh. Even though we weren't in the hotel during the day the staff we met were friendly and helpful There wasn't any view from our room except two outer walls but as we weren't staying there during the day it wasn't of major significance. |

Convenient location in interesting part of city. Comfortable bed and very quiet shower ventilation fan. Nice breakfast in bar with very pleasant man serving. Room pretty small. Access up stairs then through locked doors and dark spaces difficult. |

The hotel was friendly and welcoming. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the atmosphere within the hotel and the pub. The food was also excellent. Staff were exceptionally friendly which made us feel as thought the stay was worth it. Hairdryer not working. |

Great welcome, nothing too much trouble. Bar meals excellent in quality and value for money. All the staff were eager to please and knew how to look after people. Looking forward to our next visit in August. Leaving it ! |

Warm welcome, very relaxing. Food excellent. good choice on menu. nice atmosphere. Because it is a city centre hotel, there was a lotof noise from traffic etc. but not a lot the hotel could do about this. |

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The staff were happy to help find gluten free food from the kitchen. The room, though small, was clean, with comfy beds and felt very safe. I liked that we could have had breakfast in our room till 11a.m. The restaurant food was excellent. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is a very tired hotel. There is nothing good I can say about the hotel itself. If Rab Ha'w was Glasgow's glutton then his best mate must have been the handyman Blind Jake! |

The hotel is basically a pub with four bedrooms if I had of known that I would not have stayed at the hotel. It was also quite noisy as the music from the bar could be heard until midnight. I was on a business trip and would have liked to have been able to get a good nights sleep which was impossible until after the pub downstairs closed |

The location. The cleanliness of the room wasn't good - hairs in shower, toilet brown inside, carpet hadn't been hoovered. There was clean sheets but the duvet cover wasn't clean and someone had used it before me. The fruit wasn't fresh either. The pictures shown of this hotel were certainly good marketing as it did not reflect the poor quality of it. |

the door on the way out Very pricey for a pub hotel. There is nothing "boutique" about it. No internet. Floor under carpet squeaked, couldn't control temperature in room, asked for a queen size bed and was given two singles, no staff around to check out. I wouldn't recommend this pub at all. |
