The only thing I would add here is that driving to the hotel isn't easy as you can't turn right into marsh street but other than that no complaints, just a warning for when you get there.
We firstly decided to do the valet parking which after research wasn't much more than trying to park near by for more than 24hours and they parked the car for you.
The hotel staff were very friends and helpful, we paid extra for the business class and for us it was worth the extra as we got great views on the 12th floor overlooking the harbour and in addition we got a soft drink each (although this was just a coke and diet coke but still extra) free access to all the movies, an expresso machine and bathrobes with slippers! If you don't need these things then don't bother paying the extra.
The location is very good just at the harbour side where there are loads of restaurants and bars, at Bristol and the aquarium is close by as well as shops.
We took an evening stroll around the harbour side walk which takes about an hour or so and you do go via the ss Great Britain which we visited the following day.
Breakfast was lovely, light and airy restaurant, the buffet was delightful with a wide range of cooked and continental items as well as a selection of parried and breads too with real toasters.
We decided not to eat in the restaurant at night but it was an option especially as it's part of the gourmet society, but we would like to try it next time as the menu was appetising.
For our visit to Bristol this was a perfect hotel and we would recommend this to anyone.
