Score from 1582 reviews Very good
The reception staff were lovely. room was very clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Air conditioner in the room. Library in lounge
Bar staff. Tea coffee facilities were very bad for 4* hotel. Kettle tucked away in a hotel in wardrobe had to keep moving it. Not enough supplies either. Fridge was roasting hot in the space it was in. Tv kept switching off. Wifi signal dreadful. Not good enough for the cost of my stay.
The amazing view over Bristol harbour side. Size of room.
No biscuits with tea and coffee.
i thought it was lovely that you put a cake in our room for my boyfriends birthday. it was a fantastic touch. I would tell anyone going to bristol to stay at your hotel and i would stay again. thank you
my wife and I, both thought it was an excellent hotel, 1st class staff, and a great position in the city
The cost of valet parking at £23 per night
position and bed and breakfast
no air in room
Great location very modern room big bathroom very good breakfast & generally seem to be a good chain
Overall comfort and service
Crowded lifts at checkout - 2 lifts are not enough for a hotel of this type
Great location and enjoyed the free wifi
Very standard bedroom, view was poor, valet parking very expensive for what it was and had to give half hour prior notice as to when you wanted to use your car. Would not have paid full price for this hotel, wasn't great for the money we paid on the offer.
The hotel was excellent , position was great easy to walk everywhere . All the staff were very helpful and friendly would definitely book again . Thank you Radisson Blu .
Nothing it ticked all our boxes
The location and quality of the hotel was fantastic for the price.
Not a long enough stay.
Great hotel, clean & tidy. Comfy & quiet. Great breakfast selection & close to nightlife & shopping
Pricey Parking expensive on top of room rate (£23) & very little alternative locally "Room with a view" - we looked out at a concrete wall. Luckily we weren't there for the view
We had a room on the 15th floor overlooking the waterfront. Big picture windows meant we had a fantastic view.
Staff, breakfast, facilities and location
Room lighting was at best only dim. One standard light failed to work at all. Security chain on door was broken No feedback form provided in room
place a little tired
Room facilities and location is fantastic! Would look to visit again.
WiFi inoperative little disappointing in this day and age.
The rooms were nice and everything was in walking distance. Beds are realt comfortable and the staff are very helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was I got lost finding it on my sat nav and after an 7 hour drive I just wanted to park my car- but this was down to Bristols one way system and roadworks. I still don't know how to access the hotels parking but the ncp is really near.
Our room was beautiful, had good views out across Bristol. Breakfast was very good. Would defiantly stay here again
Big TV and proximity to attractions
Cold room, gym was very poor.
The room was good and service was also good. Defiantly would stay there again.
Lack of reception on phone, due to this I was unable to connect with people.Had to leave the whole hotel to get reception on a iPhone .
Helpful, attentive staff. Great bathroom. Excellent gym facility
All of it
Choice of pillows - none
Reception welcome, and valet parking. Lovely room at the top of the hotel with amazing views, and very comfortable bed.
Bar staff were dreadful, and the prices extortionate. A bit of a shame that the room had a mezzanine, but the furnishings up there were very disappointing for such a wow feature.
Good value and excellent service and very clean. As we are both in the hospitality trade ourselves we were very impressed. And will definitely use the hotel again.
There was just one minor thing the bath robes were hard so just a tip get your laundry company to use a bit of softer.
Loved the view from the rooms. Large windows.
Dinner (room service) was just ok. Breakfast was slightly cold. Overall, food could do with some improvement.
