Stayed here before the rooms are nice and spacious and you can smoke in the rooms perfect for a pre lash with a few mates

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was fantastic value for money

Excellent room design and finish

Very difficult to find by car, not clear where it is located as the postcode and street are not easy to find... It took at least 30mins to locate and we had to park almost half a mile away

The hole thing from walking though the doors till leveing great room great staff.

Damp smell in bathroom (from plugholes) Complicated air conditioning that I couldn't get to work Water not hot enough for a bath TV to small to watch from bed.

booking said bathrobes, slippers, an amd daily newspaper provided but these were not in the room and not offered to us. stayed here before but thought breakfast was not so good this time, bacon very dry and crispy(could not cut it) and fried egg dish was empty .

Couldn't check in until after half four! Lifts where also an issue over the weekend.

Bedside phone broken- complained but it wasn't fixed Wardrobe by main door- kept hitting off it when trying to open wardrobe Hairdryer was broken. Pointed this out- it was removed and not replaced. Had to phone and ask for a new one One of the lifts was out of action for 2 days. Long waits to get to the ground floor from my 12th floor room. 100% guest satifaction guarantee seems a bit of a myth. I still paid the full price.

Poor waiting area, shortage of staff, long waits for checking in and checking out, room bed and furniture of poor quality.towels and toileteries of poor quality,did not receive wake up calls,delays in getting taxis,urinals only in waiting area,expensive compared to similar hotel i.e. Marriott. Unfriendly staff.

Friendly, professional personnel who helped us with our luggage, our baby pram, and suggested a car park nearby. Spanish spoken.

Difficult to drive to the hotel, as the main entrance is on a road marked as a "Bus Only" route. However there is a back entrance perfectly accessible, just not advertised.

Room 1607, very nice room with fantastic view. Helpful reception and porter. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Lifts take along time as they are diverted up and down as they are called. Description of car "valeting" is misleading as one expect the inside and outside to be cleaned, but only the outside is cleaned. This is better described as a "car wash". Breakfast a little chaotic, could not get a cup of tea, ran out of eggs, no bread for toasting.
