Location was perfect for city exploring. Our room on the 11th floor had fantastic views across the quay, the room was spacious and very clean. There is a sainsbury's below where we could get hot coffee and warm bacon sandwiches for breakfast. The valet parking, while being a little expensive was a very good service and was professionally run. We will definitely return!
The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, we had a business room on the 15th floor (1505) the view was ok but my sons room (1500) on the same floor was bigger and had a better view. Breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful and happy
The lifts! There are 2 of them and we had a wait of at least 5 minutes each time we used them. The reception staff could smile more
the location is good，and just near the harborside.
Everything really. Valet parking is helpful, especially as the day we left it poured with rain. So if I had taken the, not much cheaper option of an NCP, I would've been soaked.
I think breakfast is very expensive. There are lots of shops and cafes around so we went there.
We stayed overnight here for a wedding anniversary night away location was fantastic so close to everything. The room was amazing we had a Business Room bed was so comfy loved the gowns slippers and so soft and fluffy towels espresso machine in room was an added bonus as well !!!! facilities great breakfast top class.. Will defo stay here again...
Shower disappointing not really a good flow also bath very very slippy my husband actually fell inside the bath and his leg is covered in bruises think maybe a slip matt inside the bath would be good !!!
The location was very good. We were on the 12th floor in a business class room, the view was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the facilities within the room were good too
The darkness of the room when putting my make on, no bright lights I had to perch on the edge of the bed and use the bendy bedside light. The shower was not powerful but was hot enough
Excellent location with great views of the city.
Small lifts for a large hotel - hence long waiting time.
really helpful staff ,very clean
Smart modern hotel right in the centre of Bristol, close to all the atractions. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff.
Lack of certainty in booking process ie: Couldn't guarantee twin room or car parking availability (which was also expensive). Other guests were very noisy at night/early morning. Also bar very expensive £9 for glass of house red!!!!!!!!!!!
Noisy party downstairs
Could have done with having two pillows on the bed not just one could not find any spares in the room ... But I'm sure housekeeping would have brought another if I'd have asked .
Comfy bed (firm but comfy overlay) Extremely quiet Lovely view (13th floor) Extremely friendly, welcoming and efficient staff Perfectly acceptable breakfast Park round the corner after hours - cheaper than on site parking.
Nothing really I wouldn't want to have paid more for my stay, but was very pleased with what I got for it. A reliable choice, as I say.
Harbourside view from 14 floors up - incredible Location right in the centre of Bristol
We had a very large spacious room, clean, bath with shower over, flatscreen TV, armchair and desk chair, free wifi if wanted, iron and board, hairdryer, lovely quiet room. We have stayed here before and definetly would again. Across the road from Hippodrome and Colston Hall. Quick bus ride from Temple Meads station.
Check-in was slow with people waiting - although there was a trainee at the time.
Excellent room, good size and well cleaned, very good breakfast.
The charge for overnight car parking was far too expensive.
The hotel and the staff were excellent.
Our room was on the first floor and right next to a bus stop, pedestrian precinct and opposite the bars along the harbour. It was probably the worst nights sleep we have had anywhere. We did complain at reception in the morning and they offered us an upgrade the next time we stayed at the hotel which we will gladly accept.
The Radission Blu Hotel was very clean the staff was very friendley, making sure that our stay was to our satisfaction
On entering the room I was surprised by the cleanliness and size. I only participated in one buffet breakfast but the service and food could not be faulted. Excellent place to stay.
Every day when attempting to leave the undercover parking area I was confronted by the boom gate not accepting my validated parking ticket. Management was also aware of the ongoing problem as I was warned several times at reception.
Central location and spacious room.
Very slow service at the restaurant. Employ more cooks and service staff! The room was a bit dark and the view in the lower levels are boring. No windows to open.
The concierge & front desk staff were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Location was very central & accessible to everywhere we wanted to go.
Position is fantastic. Given its proximity to the city centre, the noise level, at least on the 8th floor, was perfectly acceptable. I will go back when I next visit Bristol.
Lack of onsite parking is a bit of a pain, and the charge at 26 quid a day is a bit steep; but that's the price you have to pay I guess for the position.
Friendly staff comfatable bed with ease of access to city centre.. Breakfast very good
View from room wasn't good but that's all that was bad
If you wish to see Bristol's historic canals, this is the right place; if you wish to walk to all the inner city attractions, you got the right place. The staff are sincere and helpful. The beds are firm and clean. So what more does one need for a short tour in the city?
Location breakfast staff very clean large rooms
