Location excelent Breakfast appalling, Bacon was nice other than that they cheapest sausages I have ever seen, don't think they ever had 4 legs! Mushrooms with onions, not in the morning please, black pudding thin and burned. Waiting staff clearly untrained although pleasant and friendly. Dining room bleak and uncomfortable.Standards of fittings in the room are poor, this is a custom built hotel obviously designed to last a few years as a Radisson before being wornout to the point that they downgrade it to a cheaper brand within the chain. |

The rooms were very comfortable and the location was good. The concierge was very helpful. Your service staff, and through that the atmosphere in your bar and restaurant in the morning made the hotel feel like a posh youth hostel. |

Staff response and attitude was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. I thought actual facilities were a little limited. For a hotel of this calibre I would have thought that the television channels would offer more choice and the advertising of 'mini-bar' on the web-site that is empty is not correct. |

Good location to all facilities, ie. shopping, entertainment, city trip Was not able to book room on a higher level despite booking in advance only view eas a car park and not view of Cardiff Bay as expected. For £119 for bed and breakfast was expecting this!! |

Food was excellent, bed was comfortable. Paying for facilities (Sauna/Steam rooms). Room service, 15 minutes to get through and order. Queued excessively to book in and out. Limited hot water, insufficient for a bath. |

The size of the room and the quality of the interior design. Bar and resturant facilities. Limited parking. NCP expensive overnight. |

The location of the Hotel and the views from the room were spectacular. I have already highly recommended the Hotel to friends. The only slight disappointed was the breakfast; the variety of food was good but the hot food was not hot enough. |

The location was excellent, we were going to the CIA, so this was only a few minutes walk away, but shops and bars were close by too. The staff were very efficient and friendly. |

car parking facility was too small. On the first night the hotel carpark was full and we drove for 1 and a half hours to find another overnight one. We had to get a taxi back to the hotel.Simply ridicuolous! We are frequent travellers and have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and in all that time I have never stayed 4 * and not had some kind of biscuits with the tea &coffee facilities which only had a enough milk for 1 cup each in the morning. Long queue of people as we checked in with only 1 desk open even though there was staff present.See trip advisor for comments. |

I loved the proximity to Cardiff city centre and all of its attractions. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Reception looks like an afterthought - I don't like sitting down opposite a single desk with the workings and wires of a blooming great printer stuck in my face. This just doesn't work - far prefer the traditional counter Reception. |
