The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay with you again. thanks! The only thing that I didn't like was the £15 charge for parking in the hotel. It should be free for customers and if not, they should be informed beforehand that there is a charge for parking.

A beautiful hotel, we had a junior suite which was very luxurious and nice and quiet on the 20th floor. For £169 per night we got breakfast in bed a paper and free movies in the price. I would absolutely stay here again it's perfect for shopping and sightseeing. We ate at the hotels restaurant which was lovely but expect to pay city hotel prices.

I felt so welcome as a single female traveller. The staff were very helpful and approchable. The room was so quiet despite being in the centre of Cardiff so a good nights sleep is guarenteed

As this was our fourth visit in a couple of years I think it speaks for its self that we find it very satisfactory. We have tried other hotels in cardiff including a 5 star hotel but prefer the radisson blu. My comment here after our last visit was it was difficult to get close to the bathroom mirror for a wet shave. Now there is a hand mirror in the room so problem overcome.

Lovely big bathroom ensuite to fair sized room. Hard pillows, had sleepless night on rock hard pillow but my request the next day was met with an immediate beautifully soft replacement.

Reception staff excellent. Location excellent. Visited the Bar after attending a concert as we were told we could order food up to 11am.As it was only 20 past ten we knew we were well in time. After waiting for 20 minutes I complained to a young member of staff who spoke to a senior member. We were then informed it was too late to order food. After a few sharp words it was agreed that we could place the order but as there were no seats we had to return to our room where there was no facility to eat only sitting on the bed.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Good location close to city centre and 15min walk to Cardiff Bay. Late check out is nice. Only gripe is that we didnt have a fridge in our room and breakfast is expensive.

Friendly, professional staff eager to please. The design and decoration of the hotel was clean modern and welcoming. Driving a Range Rover, I found the car park too small and pokey. Also very difficult to drive into.

Good, modern business hotel. Facilities all good (including large, clean bathroom), hotel staff friendly and competent. Very close to the city centre (about 5 minutes walk). Did not try breakfast or restaurant. For those who want to have breakfast outside, there's a large and scenic J.D.Wetherspoon nearby. One thing: water pressure in the shower was just about adequate.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was superb. The room was first class. Having a kettle, tea, coffee and milk in your room was added bonus aswell as an ironing board with an iron. These little touches made made the weekend for me. Will visit again.x.

amazing views of city seeming we was on 18th floor. room was really modern including the en suite. Couldnt fault the hassell free stay at this hotel would recomend to anyone. More parking would be good but there is loads of car parks around very close by. I hate lifts but had no choice as on 18th floor we tried the stairs but got tired half way down.

The hotel was lovely staff helpful and friendly. Room excellent. The only thing that I was not impressed about is that I stayed in plenty of other radissons before. This is the first one without a Spa and leisure centre.I would not book the hotel due to that and had to pay 15 per night for parking. We moved it to park in free car park after the first night.

The staff were friendly yet professional. Our booking in was prompt and the room spottless. The facilities in the room good, but most importantly, the bed was ultra comfortable. I would use the hotel again and have no compunction in recommending it to others. Despite being a 4 star hotel there were no spa facilities. Staff said that plans were in order to rectify this but at the time of our visit they were not available. Shame.
