Hotel reception staff very helpful, always a smile even if they were freezing in a very cold reception! The Restaurant was very cold and univiting, I ate in a small area ajacent to the dinning room, my table had glass stains, it was obviously used as a serving tabel. When I asked if I could have my Welsh Lamb plain grilled it was not possible I had to have as described on the menu. Even though the food was very tasty, just felt it lacked atmosphere and their was only four people in the dinning room. |

The acommodation was immaculate the food was good but the restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings- plenty of alternatives in the city Brilliant location for shopping The air conditioning was difficult to control just as the temperature became warm it cut in and was chilly Most staff were excellent but one or two needed better customer service skills |

Excellent location for the centre of Cardiff, everything is in walking distance. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much for them. Jeff the porter is the most friendliest, helpful member of staff I have ever met anywhere! Definetly not!! |

Fantastic location, view from windows over city was amazing, bed was unbelievably comfortable, really good special rate on room. No parking available when we arrived. However, we stayed in the St Davids car park opposite and even though we were there two days it did only cost £20 in total. Also, design of the lightswitch on the wrong side of the bathroom door (which opened outwards) was quite annoying. |

I enjoyed the friendly staff who were always smiling and ready to help. The parking is a problem and I think that might deter me from staying there next time. |

Very comfortable bed, excellent view from 18th floor and lovely and brand new The bar areas were poor. Radisson have some great bars in London in their Hotels, but the ones here fell somewhere between a hospital and an airport as well as particularly cold. |

The room was large but there is little storage space. On the plus side, when there was a problem with the bathroom we were moved immediately. The location is central to all the main sights and shopping centre There is very little storage space for 2 persons despite the size of the room. The tray with the kettle etc has to be moved to the power point when you want to use it and the mini bar, although on continuously has nothing in it.!!The design of the reception area is unwelcoming and you could come and go for your entire stay without being acknowledged by the staff at all. We didn't eat at the hotel at all but more people would have breakfast if it was included in the room price. |
