Comfortable bed and room. Good breakfast

Really nice city, really good time. The hotel was very central and within easy reach of what we wanted to see. I would recommend the city and the hotel.

The twin room was a double - which they parted. The walk in shower was a disabled facility. The room was designed for the disabled (which was not explained) and there were emergency cords in numerous locations hanging from the celing

The cocktail bar is wonderful, the beds are really lovely. We asked for an extra bed and it was also very comfortable. Car parking on site is a bonus as also had elderly lady in our party who can not walk far. Shops over the road and restaurants.

Sadly no swimming pool.

Price of £80 was good value. Central location

The view was outstanding, the room size was more than adequate, the bathroom was superb, the bed comfortable, the staff were very helpfull and efficient, overall, a lovely hotel that served an excellent breakfast buffet. The elevators were very speedy, well done Radisson Blu Cardiff!

We were hard pushed to find any faults, the only one slight negative was that our room was quite warm, the air con did not want to go below 18 degrees, there is a possibility that I just didn't figure out how to use it properly.

professional,efficient & helpful staff. Managers helping the bar staff at busy event. Lovely spacous room and bathroom.Very comfortable bed. More supplied in the room than other hotel groups.

The telephone was very irritating as it had a red flashing light for messages which we had to cover up. Also it started beeping in the middle of the night for no reason which woke us up. Surely it should only flash if there really is a message.

Nice modern hotel nice staff till checkout thenstinger !! £15 a day to park having paidfor hotel- bit like taking your car for a service and getting charged to park at garage repairing it???

No windows opened super stuffy !! air com nosiy terrible nights sleep- but £15 extra car parking fee really bad and when said not on website at bookings .com staff said no it isnt ie was not £80 as advertised it was £95 same as better Hilton I normally stay at- con- £80 is £80 not £15 a day to park car at hotel you are staying at?? No way hose would I get ripped off again like this- !!!!!!!

Restaurant closed on Sunday evening!!! Noisy aircon & very noisy bathroom extractor fan that couldn't be turned off. Informed on the booking conformation that NO parking at hotel, having parked in public multi story, walked with luggage & got soaked in a gale, arrived at hotel to be informed there was in fact parking available!!!!!! Breakfast- poor- food dried out under heating lights. Restaurant staff invisible during breakfast.

Quality of breakfast excellent and staff very helpful and caring. Central location for shopping and nightlife.

Faulty shower head and screen resulted in a flood. No pulls to open/close blackout curtains. Expensive for one night booked at short notice.

All staff I encountered from reception through to restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms nicely kitted out. Bed was very comfortable

Chopped red onion in the mozzarella tomato and basil starter was sacrilege -as was the fact that the basil was actually rocket..............very fine quality mozzarella too! What were they thinking in the kitchen..........?
