Polite helpful staff Good location for theatre and shopping. If we stayed again we would request a room at the rear as the noise from the square kept us awake most of the night. |

Good central location, pleasant staff and attractive public areas. Very small room with small window looking onto fire escape and laundry chute which meant there was very little light. |

Location of the hotel is absolutely great if one is to explore central London, Leicester Square is just around the corner and the nearby underground station - directly accessible from Heathrow - enables swift navigation around the city |

Staff were very attentive. Location was very central for everything in London. Breakfast was very good. Room was very small although we were warned when we checked in. The bed was a kingsize bed. Great for a weekend stay but wouldn't like to stay for a week. |

Location is excellent. Hotel is quiet and elegant. Room clean and well-planned. Security-card operated elevator is modern and works well, mostly. Lack of service elevator, and number of floors adds to waiting times with elevator. Staff dishonesty or sloppiness with breakfast charging bothers me. I was charged for full breakfast even if staff knew clearly that only continental breakfast had been consumed. |

this hotel's location is amazing, you could not get any closer to Leicester Square unless you slept in the park! |

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff I would personally sacrifice the desk space for more room space i.e. have a smaller desk |

Staff were friendly and happy to assist when asked. Check in best left until late afternoon. Room was not ready for over an hour despite reception chasing up housekeeping 3 times! |

Evarything very nice The only thing i can say is that even though id booked 2 rooms the hotel only had me down for 1. luckily the staff who were extremely helpful had another room available, but this situation always scares me. I think the problem was lack of coms from Booking.com to the hotel, not the hotels fault?? |
