Comfortable room location a) shower enclosure was not adequate to prevent water from pooling into the dry areas of the bathroom b) Bathroom was very small with no place to hang more than one towel c) owing to how the glass partition across the shower/tub area is placed, I slipped several getting into the tub. d) I requested twin beds at least a month before but was given a king size with a single blanket which I had to share with my daughter.

The staff were very freindly. Although our stay was over the new year period, the money we paid did not constitute for the lack of amenities and size of our room. For a 5 star establishment it was poor. We have stayed in much better establishments for far less money!!

Staff My reservation was for a twin. I was told that it was only if it was available. Arriving from a long trip from LA, this was totally unacceptable. I will never use Booking Com again and also, will warn others

The helpful and friendly staff, the really lovely breafasts, and the close proximity to all the venues which we attended. This is only a little picky thing, but I found the pillows not very comfortable. It certainly did not spoil our stay with you, but you know as you get older, pillows can become very important!!

the room is clean but small, location is perfect. We were located in the sister hotel off the square, this was a disappointment. This was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. We were a little early and asked if we could get into our room a little sooner, although we understand this is not always possible, it took a lot before the personell at the desk really gave it a try. Location is great but Heathrow airport is an amazing 70 pound taxi ride (!) away (one way). There are no European main land sockets in the room, although this is mentioned on the internetpage.

Great location, clean, quiet, nice room except for one thing (see below), and was most appreciative that they let me check in early since I arrived in the morning. Room was nice if not a bit small, but the window was practically blocked and it was very dark. Room 109 I believe.

The location was great and the staff helpful and friendly Taxis were just unable to access the hotel as it was on leicester square itself and the approach by a vehicle was very complicated. London taxis just kept going round and round trying to access the hotel
