I liked the proximity to the O2 arena and the fact that a free boat was in operation right outside the hotel across the river to the venue. Very impressive. |

The location ofthe hotel is poor and misleading. It represents itself as being only 0.6 miles from the o2 Arena, which if you can swim it is. By taxi arranged from teh hotel, it cost me £40 for a return trip. It is appauling that they can advertise themselves as being close to the facility (which was my prime reason for choosing the hotel) yet so badly located for accessing the facility. From the representations made I assumed I could walk to and from the o2, which would have saved hassle with traffic or overcrowded public transport at the end of the event. I am extremely disatisfied. |

The room was cold and did not increase in temperature after following instructions. The room service menu was limited and disappointing and service took longer than the time stated. I also tipped the server in cash but on my bill there was also a service amount added. |

The staff were very helpful and courteous. My car was parked at 1.00pm on the Saturday and was able to pick it up at 5.00pm Sunday after a shopping trip into London centre at a cost of £12.50 fantastic.Breakfast very good.Will stay again. |

I was fortunate enough to book the same hotel as Everton football club. Other than that staff were helpful, food was nice but a bit expensive considering the portions wouldnt have filled a 9year old girl. Room was awesome. The miserable woman at the bar. Didnt seem to be too impressed at my request to search for the Wales V New Zealand rugby match. |

Free clipper boat service is provided just at the rear of the hotel, this takes you straight to the O2 which is fantastic. The room was a good size. Shampoo etc was provided, bed was nice and firm, I slept very well. The wall art was a bit of a shock, my Daughter put her coat over it :). The staff at the reception were so polite and helpful I member of staff walked into my Son's room without knocking, my Son was getting undressed and as this was his first stay in a hotel, he was not impressed. The same member of staff then did the same to me, all because he wanted to put 2 glasses in the room, which were not required. There was supposed to be tea and coffee making facilities, there was only 2 sachets of Nescafe, I requested more and a further 4 sachets were bought to the room, with only 2 sachets of milk. |

The room was very spacious,eventually (see below) decor was modern and luxurious, the view over the river was fantastic and at night seeing the O2 lit up was wonderful! On the whole the staff were very helpful. On checking in we hadn't had the room requested, the staff member told us that there were none left, as dutch business man had taken them all - yet when my friend when down to complain (a different member of staff) upgraded us for an extra £50 giving us a room that apparantly they didn't have! My friend also took her own towel which she kept seperate and even though we put the "Do not clean this room" sign on, when we came back the room had been cleaned and my friends towel had gone! We then had to wait on checking out for this to be found. |

Reception staff were extremely efficient and helpful. All requests were met with no problem ie the transport to the O2 and hotel parking facility. Whilst appreciating we were on a room only basis, we would have expected the breakfast bill to be added to our bill and not requested at the table before we had finished eating. A little intrusive. |

I would just like to say perhaps your staff could make sure the key cards worked for the lifts and the rooms. Also the staff knew if other members had put suitcases in the rooms for guests as this di not happen in my case and my key did not work. I was not the only person in the lift whos key card didnt work |

The design of the hotel was fantastic,food excellent,breakfast was the best ever. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable and you felt very relaxed and at home. Maybe the price, I know it was London but everyone is struggling to pay and I think poeple will not stay at the hotel as offen because they just can not afford it. |

The hotel was clean and had good faciliteis I booked 4 twin rooms which on arriveal were not available, i would like to have been informed of this when booking or later confirming the booking. As a female I found the lighting a bit dark and shadowy for appling makeup! |

The room was lovely and the view of the O2 was nice, The breakfast was really tasty and not dry like in some places. When we had drinks in the evening the waiter decided to take a tip for himself from my change even tho there was already a service charge, if he had just given me all my change in the first place instead of helping himself i would have probably given him a tip, My partner had to go up to him and ask him where the rest of our change was and we watched him take it out of his tip jar, i think thats a disgrace. |

Good location for Canary Wharf and excellent river & O2 views. Smart rooms, no noise from outside or other guest rooms. Staff at check-in did not care if we stayed or not. Advance request for twin room ignored and only solution proposed was upgrade to a suite at significant cost or go somewhere else!!! |

I have stayed in the hotel only for 1 night, but I had not a single thing I could complain about. The room was very comfortable, all the necessary amenities were in place. Room was well furnished, and as it was romantic getaway. It did the job. |
